Always easy to park. To and from the airport is great .
The app is the best, easy to use.
I love the parking spot experience in its totality—the ease of access to the parking lot, the quick and efficient shuttle service that takes you directly to the terminal, and the prompt pickup upon your return. The driver was exceptionally friendly, assisting with your luggage, helping you navigate the airport, and ensuring that your documents and card were safely secured for parking. You arrive at the airport in just a few minutes, fully prepared for your departure thanks to the driver's attentive hospitality. On your return, the process is just as smooth, with the parking spot providing a convenient and reliable solution for your airport travel needs. Overall, the parking spot is the best choice for travelers seeking convenience, comfort, and excellent service.

Quick, easy and friendly
Runs very smoothly no matter what time your flight is.
Easy to make reservations and the shuttles run so often. It was a good experience for us.
I appreciate being able to park and have the shuttle pull right up to my vehicle - no dragging luggage to a shuttle stop - especially when the weather is bad! Drivers are courteous and friendly. Plus, the cost is quite reasonable.
Everything - don’t change anything
Easy to book via app and great location to get in and out. Buses ran regularly too. Thanks
Shuttles are readily available and the closeness to I95
I like the fact that the car is completely covered and protected when parked. Don't like the fact that the Parking Spot JFK shuttles take such a long time to come while the Will Clayton ones come all the time.
