Ease of parking, good drivers, expeditious arrivals and pick ups
The service has much improved since my last survey! The shuttles run in a timely manner, and I haven't had to wait more than 5 minutes for a shuttle at a terminal. The drivers are friendly and helpful. My last driver went above and beyond and put my luggage in my car for me. I will continue to use this Parking Spot!

Great service all around. I did have one concern this last trip. My return trip to my car from the airport had the most aggressive driver I have ever had. It was definitely uncomfortable and quite a bit concerning. I didn't see any need for the rapid start that jerked all the riders and all the luggage in the van or the rapid release of the gas pedal to coast. You should probably reemphasize NOT doing that before a rider gets hurt. It was definitely not the normal driving during all my other trips and stays.

From the beginning: the app is so easy, I like earning free stays, the security of the drivers staying until you get in your car, well lit parking and the courtesy of staff. Cold water on the way out is a nice touch! Tracing your shuttle is also really nice
