Fast, convenient, helpful staff
Friendly and efficient and reliable
I'm always able to get in and out quickly, the price is great and I like the loyalty program.
As a regular customer its easy to get in and out with QR code/s.
So easy to book a "spot" using the app and easily modified when my travel plans changed. Checking in and out using the app is fast, easy and accurate. I checked in at 3:30 AM and the shuttle was there in less time than it took to get my luggage out of the trunk. The drivers always help getting the bags on and off the the shuttle and we always get right to the proper airline in the right terminal.
Pickup is almost as fast (just remember which Spot parking lot you are using. Phoenix has three separate areas. Look for the shuttle number on the front and side.) Hand the driver the card you were given when you got on the departure shuttle that denotes your actual parking spot and minutes later you are there. Checking out is easy using the app and they even provided ice cold water at checkout (great perk in the HOT Phoenix summer heat.)
On time drop off and pick ups
Covered parking at reasonable cost.
Car side pick up.

Easy and quick. No wandering through the parking lot looking for s space. Great in bad weather out of shuttle snd into car without dragging suitcases through slush.
