The staff are incredibly friendly and always go out of their way to assist us whenever we have questions or need help. One of the best parts is that the wait time for the shuttle bus is quite manageable, typically around 5 to 7 minutes, which is convenient and allows us to get to our destination quickly. Overall, it's a reliable and pleasant service that we look forward to using again.

Everyone is always so helpful and kind with my bags and we have never had issues been using them for years! 4am and drivers are in good moods and they hit the gas to get you on time! Lol. No complaints.

It is very convenient. The service is pretty good with some of the employees helping me with my bags and others do less. I always tip but I weigh the tip based upon how much they help me.
Usually $2 for less and $5 for those who go out of their way to help.
