Number of locations in Atlanta near airport. App is easy to use. Entering/exiting location is easy.
Very pleased until Sunday Jan 11th had to wait almost 40 mins for a shuttle that night along with about 30 other guests. When it is that much of a delay, a discount should be offered. Usually I have waited no more than 8 minutes.

I love your overall service. But I am not happy that if I prepay and then cannot travel due to illness that I cannot apply that payment to another trip. This happened recently and I was not at all happy to lose the prepayment. I do not believe that is ethical. However, your overall service at the Parking Spot is great.

Extremely convenient, great price.

Love the online pre-pay pricing. When I arrive, it's super easy to check-in, love having the drivers ready to pick me up, give me a location card, and drop off is also super easy. I like having the QR tip code for each driver. It would be great if you could text me my location versus giving me a physical card.

Very convenient service and the shuttle drivers are always kind and helpful.

Simplicity of making reservations, getting into your facility, availability of rest room after entering (we come from Colorado Springs!), friendly staff, efficient pick up both in your lot and at DEN, ease of checking out, plus getting water bottles for drive back to the Springs! Very convenient to the airport. Shuttles ate right at the car ad soon as we park. Drivers are friendly. Coupon codes are handy to make the parking affordable.

I rated this experience a 10 because I consistently choose this parking location when flying out of Atlanta due to the reliable, timely service and lack of long waits. My driver to the airport was excellent. However, my return shuttle experience on 1/12 was disappointing. The driver listed as Jasmine did not provide good customer service.

When myself and two other gentlemen arrived, another driver notified us that we would be riding with her. We were unsure who our driver was at first and later realized she was sitting on a bench outside the shuttle. We sat on the bus for about five minutes while she appeared to be arguing on the phone. When she boarded, there was no apology for the delay.

During drop-off, one passenger thanked her and was ignored. I also thanked her and wished her a great day and received no response. This was unexpected based on the consistently positive service I’ve experienced in the past.

It's extremely convenient, and quick. It's near the airport, I never have to wait when arriving at the location to part. This was the first time that I didn't have to wait after landing for the shuttle. Keep it up.
