Customer service upon entering- good lighting in covered area where I mostly reserve.

We always find a great spot to park and the bus drivers are friendly and helpful. Parking is an easy and problem free experience!

They pick you up and drop you off at your car. During peak hours the shuttles run frequently. I usually wait 15 to 20 minutes or less. The shuttles are always clean and the drivers are always friendly. They have 3 locations at PHX each with its own shuttles so its point to point. All spaces are covered so you get some relief from the elements.

Though prices can be a little steep sometimes, the Parking Spot has been my go to for years now. I am always assured that my car is on safe ground. The staff, both at the gate and the shuttle operators are always polite and helpful. And a free bottle of water is always a welcome touch.
Would like to see an incentive program for seniors if possible.

Convenient and cost- effective. Transit bus picked us up almost immediately after we parked in the lot. Upon return, had to wait a little while for bus to take us back to the lot (5 minutes). Bus dropped us right at our vehicle and waited until we were in. Always use the Parking Spot when we fly out of BWI.
