The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked that the bus drivers were courteous and treated every customer with respect whether the customer tipped. Also, when I didn't know my parking area when the bus driver announced it and no one moved, she was patient and had the helpful suggestion to use our key to check if our car was near. Well, it turned out to be me and she was very understanding and kind. I wasted at least 5 minutes of everyone's time but she still smiled and helped me with my baggage. I will be back to #2 parking spot even though I pass #1 to get to #2. Also, check out was easy and they even answered my question regarding the bill. Great job!

I totally appreciate the help that was provided when we left a cell phone on one of the shuttles. The front office took the time to assure us that they would hang on to it and would be ready for us when we returned.
