Convince to park off airport property.
Very convenient way to get to the airport. The drivers were very helpful and friendly. I feel confident that my vehicle will be safe while i'm gone.
The little card that made my life so much easier when I returned to my car. No looking around , no walking from a drop off center. And then he took my bags off the cart for me. Check out was very convenient also. Fast easy. And a free water. Location was great by freeway. Easy in and out

There’s usually no wait for the shuttle to take you to the airport, attendant directs you where there are parking spaces. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

i was greeted shortly inside gate and directed to the closest uncovere spsot. driver was there quickly. fast trip over to the terminal. always very pleasant and helpful.
Prompt pickup at the lot and courteous driver. Unfortunately it was a long wait for the Shuttle at the Airport (25+ minutes). By the time the shuttle arrived, there were more travelers than seats on the shuttle and some were old to wait for the next shuttle. The other TPS locations had shuttles arriving every 10 minutes or so.

Leaving my car at Parking Spot allows me to leave on either business or pleasure trips and not worrying about the security of my car. The app makes everything seamless from the reservation, to accessing the parking lot and checking out. I appreciate the ease of use when traveling can be stressful.
Typically the service is great, this last trip I felt like I waited longer then I should have at the parking lot.
When I arrived back to Philly at 06:16, I could not request the shuttle, I had to call a number to get picked up and that took some time.
