Our experience with The Parking Spot was great. I Booked online. It was Easy to find. We parked our car. Upon our return shuttle was there in under 10 minutes, drove us right to our car. Excellent experience.
Easy to reserve, easy in and out (shuttles come quickly when I arrive and they show up reguarly at the airport.
The communication with staff is impeccable. As soon as I parked, they were directing the shuttle where to go, so I had little to no wait time. Even compared to other Parking Spot locations, this one is by far the best. On my way back, I didn’t wait very long either. The shuttle was packed full, but we were all dropped off in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. The free car wash is always a nice perk too.

The Parking Spot Fly was so convenient to the airport and didn’t add any more time to our schedule to get there. Love the shuttle pick up and drop off right at our car! Your drivers were so helpful with our luggage which we appreciated so much after a long day. We will definitely stay there again and plan to tell everyone what a great experience it was.
Everything! It was even good before the parking spot took over. But the level of customer service, cleanliness, friendliness that the parking spot has is top notch. I've recognized previous drivers, and they recognize me. All of them are amazing. I especially appreciate that there are signs on the bus to try to curb unruly people, which is just a reminder that we're all trying to get somewhere.

The employees were very considerate to me and my son. Very professional. Easy to talk to and will use again if needed. I didn't want to say but when we were on the way back from midway one of your employees got assaulted by two guys on the road when they didn't like something and threw a whole open water bottle into his driver window water went everywhere but he is OK
