It was a great experience! We pulled in, scanned our QR code, found a parking spot and were picked up within a few minutes from our car! When we returned/arrived at the airport, we called the number on our card because it was after 11pm, and were picked up within 10 minutes. The drivers were very friendly, and helped with our bags. The lot was secure, and I felt safe leaving my car there for a week. Highly recommend!!

I love the convenience of parking so close to the airport. The awesome staff and bus drivers that are so courteous, especially since I am disabled.
The buses run so frequently that you are never waiting too long in the cold or heat.

In Buffalo the Parking Spot is located in a great area just across from the airport. You park your car and there is virtually no waiting time for the shuttle bus to pick you up. Easy trip to the airport and right to the airlines drop off point. Coming home is a dream also as they pick you up at the designated area and back to your car in the Parking Spot. Great system!!!
The spot parking is dependable and easy to access. Shuttles are prompt in taking you to the airport and returning to the lot. Staff is helpful and friendly. I would recommended parking at The Spot for my travel needs.

Everything about this experience was so easy! Signing up, paying, instructions, arriving, leaving, the app--everything. Two buses were there when I picked up my luggage. No waiting. The drivers for The Parking Spot were excellent. The one who dropped me back off even asked me to open my hatch, and he put my suitcase in the car. Great service.

The whole process is very convenient. I have our to give our drivers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The process from entering the lot to arriving at BWI only took 25 min and we were waking into our airline doors! Very accommodating 😊
