Very nice, friendly and helpful employees. Not just a “you’re in the wrong bus and you need to go to the last bus”, but you need to go to the last bus and they carried my luggage to the last bus. Unheard of customer service.
Easy in and out
Our driver, Mr. Thomas, was excellent. Your service to and from the airport is normally very convenient with the shuttles running very frequently back and forth. I do have to admit that on Friday, September 11th, the shuttles were not running as often as usual and we did have to wait much longer to be picked up at our car. Thankfully, our flight was not for a couple of hours. All of your employees are very courteous.
Proximity to the airport is great, ease of entering and exiting with the QR codes provided, and the employees are very friendly and helpful.
I like walking outside the terminal with my carryon bag and minutes later a shuttle picks me up, didn’t even have to call them!
Drivers were very friendly and helpful.
And we left a bag behind on the return trip and called the dispatcher and she found the bag and helped get it back to us. She didn’t have to do that; it was our mistake, but she went above and beyond. I wish I would have gotten her name.
The drivers were very nice and helpful. I’ve used the parking spot a couple of times and every time has been great.
