It's a very convenient service. I took advantage of their 30% discount they ran. So really helped with my January trip. Very friendly and explain where your spot is to park. Pick you up right away and get you over to the airport. Pick up was easy and efficient when we came back to Buffalo airport also. Would highly recommend.

It is easy to park. The shuttle (both directions) arrive quickly and the driver helps with bags.
The ease of getting to the drop off location and that you can drop off at the front door! It would be nice to be able to pick up at front also, but i do understand why that's not possible.
Drivers are always helpful too and the wait to get a shuttle to the airport is never long.

The drivers are awesome. "Young" Chris has become my most preferred driver as he knows how to hold a conversation while still safely driving when we are passing the time to/from the airport.
The assistance with luggage never gets old, especially when coming home which is almost always on the last flight when I just want to dive into bed as soon as I deplane.
The covered parking continues to be the top benefit, especially during winter.
I am not sure if there is another question asking for areas of improvement, so adding here (apologies if adding to the wrong area). The wait time for shuttles is gettung worse and worse, and the number of times we have a full bus (after already waiting for awhile) when the bus then turns around to get somebody who just came in is starting to become noticeable because it is not just a one off. Are you running less shuttles because the airport is charging too much? I ask because we used to pay a set cost of ~$4, and now we spend 10% of our total to cover shuttles fees to the airport, and still have to wait 20 - 30 minutes more than not. This is what will cause me to start doing rideshare instead of driving and parking..
Everything was easy peasy from start to finish!! Great service and attitude from the drivers and easy to find shuttles. Will definitely use again.

It’s all a very easy process to get in and out. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and helpful.
I used the QR code and got into the lot without a problem. There were plenty of parking spaces available. The shuttle was waiting and we left the lot within 10 minutes of parking (it was 5:15am) with only one other party aboard. When I returned to LAX, I only had to wait ~10 minutes for a shuttle to pick me up. I used the QR code to get out of the lot. I have used The Parking Spot several times before and it has always been a smooth process! I used to use WallyPark but they became too crowded and are more expensive. I have been happier with your service!
