The ease of booking online. I wouldnt say I am a seasoned traveler but this is the only place I have parked my car for the last 4 years when I fly out of town. Haven't had an issue ans the staff is always kind and helpful!

The gentleman who picked me up, came close to my car and also dropped me off close to my car. He was the same driver, both legs of the trip. He was willing to locate my sister who parked at the same time so we could ride over together.

I don't like that sometimes I can't use you as your price gets to high and work requires me to be under the airport long term parking rate. I do like the regular bus service and relatively short wait times.
