I had already indicated that the Hartford Parking Spot service was stellar during/after the blizzard earlier this year. My car was in the open lot and yet, around it was totally cleared. I had a delayed flight my last stay and was not charged for the extra time. The shuttle drivers are always right there for pick up and very helpful. I wouldn't think of parking anywhere else.

The main things we like about the services are the ease at which we can reserve parking online
and not have to worry about making our flights or getting to and from the terminal. The shuttle service is phenomenal in that we dont have to drag luggage from place to place. Just unload the car and the shuttle picks us up or drops us off at our car. The AAA and veteran discounts are also a nice bonus!
