Quick check in/check out. We were gone for 2 weeks. 18 hour difference. When we got back we couldn't find our truck keys. Donnie was our driver. He came back after dropping other people off to see if we had found our keys. He checked the Lost & Found to see if our keys were turned in. After 1/2 hour he suggested we stay at a hotel and catch up with sleep. He loaded up our luggage and took us there. Above and beyond customer service.

The shuttle is incredibly prompt - they collect you (and drop you back) right by your car and it's only a short ride to the terminal. Prices are competitive and fair. Highly recommend for KCI.
