I appreciate that you give me a slip ofnpaper with the car spot on it. I like that the drover drops you at your car. I appreciate the frequency of the shuttles.

Friendly staff. Love the cold water upon exit. We are always thirsty after flying, so it is so nice to have staff offer cold water.

I liked that we got picked up and dropped off at our car. Also, there was a van ready for pickup as soon as we stepped outside.

We have been using the parking for 7 yrs.
I love the new covered area, I didnt like that the premium parking pick up area wasnt well marked, before the shuttle would pick up at your car, we stood there waiting for the shuttle. two zoomed past us, we didnt know that we had to walk to a main pick up point. that needs to me marked better, maybe a large bench with a lighted sign " pick up area"
we drive an hour and a half to the parking spot, the issues thee this time didnt start the trip off right.

Timely drop off at the terminals during critical time

On the way to IAH, Janis H was super upbeat and helpful with our luggage. She was very clear on which terminal she should stop at and helpful to other passenger. Before we stopped at terminal, she would let us know so we can be ready to go. Other drivers need to do this because some just stop but it’s hard to see which terminal it is with the windows having stuff on it.

Michelle (I think she had glasses on and African American in case yall have more than 1 Michelle) was our driver on way home. She was great and very helpful with our luggage since we had a baby in tow. She offered to just let her transfer the luggage down to us. She was kind as well.
