I absolutely loved the ease of everything. From making a reservation to showing up on site. I was blown away at how much easier it was compared to parking at the airport. A shuttle was at my car before I even got out, and everything was so easy and efficient. Loved it.

The driver was courteous and helpful. I had a large suitcase that's heavy. He helped me lift it up to the shuttle and helped me get it to my car trunk. It was very late at night around 11:45pm and I was the only one in the shuttle. I tipped him well but that's after he helped me. I had other driver that refused to help me before. Thank you.
