Quick and fast
Good price quick pick up and drop off and close to airport
Quick and easy
Easy to schedule but most importantly, shuttle was timely
Easy convenient courteous
Drop off to your terminal pickup at your car and drop off at your car
Seems like I just filled a survey out - and now another survey. As in the last survey (about a week ago?) - I like the convenience and general efficiency. The shuttle service is generally prompt.
The staff were very friendly and everything was easy to navigate and requesting rides was very easy as well.
Your Greeter as I enter is always smiling and friendly as are most all the drivers. They remember me from one trip to the next which is always nice.
Convenience … so close to airport and they pick you up at your car
Easy and cheap
I like the lot and service in general. Especially the water when we leave and the car wash. This was another instance where they aren’t watching us as we check in and we had to call for a bus to pick us up after awhile. Pickup from the airport was good and no wait. Otherwise good. Just pickup to head to the terminal was delayed.
Easy in easy out and shuttle is quick to arrive at the lot and airport.
Fast, easy and efficient
Easy to use, and this time I was able to pay without any help!!
I’ve never had issues and I’ve used this company for years even when they were park ride and fly
Convenient, fast, friendly, clean and safe
The service is easy to sign up for. You are always ready to deliver us to and pick up from the airport. Your drivers are friendly. The whole experience makes flying easy from the start.
Very convent and friendly
Fast shuttle service and pickup. Friendly drivers.
Always professional and no issues
Fast pick up at my car and at the terminal.
Polite drivers, picked up in a timely manner
Easy online reservations. Great perks for AAA members. Upon arrival, perfect instructions to parking spot. Shuttle to and from airport is always timely. Drivers and gate agent demonstrate good customer service skills.
Efficient and fast
Professional and reliable!!!!!
Looks like the prices went up. :(
Probably should add a few more busses: the competition's bus came 3x before we saw one ParkingSpot bus and they could not fit us all.
Prompt friendly service
Everyone is gracious and helpful, and they let us off near the Delta entrance because my husband is handicapped. The price is right and the service is very prompt!
Extremely easy to book with the app. Much cheaper than Uber or anything else. Shuttle to and from airport is super convenient and seamless. Thanks!
