Everyone is so helpful!!! Would recommend parking here for sure. I’m in a wheelchair and they do whatever they can to help me out. Highly recommended
SOO easy to use! I love being able to book on the ap, drive up to a friendly face and someone picks me up within 2 minutes. Quick ride to the airport and I know my car is secure and for a good price. When I come home it’s so easy to get to the pick up spot where a bus comes and greets me to take me back to the car. The whole process is so easy! On my way out I scan the code from my app and take a free water bottle for the ride home. I will always use The Parking Spot when traveling. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
I love the convenience of dropping my car and getting dropped off at the front doors and picked up too. Your drivers are always very nice and helpful.

They're more efficient than previously.
I was pleased at the speed with which the shuttle appeared, both on the way out and on the way back.
Price is good. Location is easy.
Easy breezy
Efficient friendly professional and decent rates for parking
Plenty of shuttles for pick up and delivery to LAX. Very short wait times and the drivers have always been friendly and helpful
Convenient location for me. If I know about a trip in advance, I can budget for it. If I don't know far enough in advance, it's pretty pricey.
Easy in, easy out. Shuttle to and from the airport. Really convenient.

Frequent bus pickups
Love all that the parking spot has to offer. Long time fan. Customer service is top notch every time. Keep up the great work.
The only downside is the somewhat long walk to / from the pickup point
Got lucky. Return from International trip had a pickup right when we were ready, no long 30-minute wait.
Also, the mist cheerful friendly lady EVER at parking spot was our driver.
Great way to end our trip!
