Love the convenience of parking
The parking , being to and from the airport
Excellent drivers
The bus is right there to get us and the driver always helps us load the luggage. Great service
We used the valet service & it was wonderful for a couple in their 70s after a long day!! We will definitely use them again & we didn’t have to wait long for airport pickup!
Quick pick up and no nonsense attitude of the driver. Quick transfer to the airport. Ease of drop off.
Easy, Quick, and Convenient. I like having covered and secured parking. Also, the cost is fair, and reasonable.

Friendly driver and quick service
Close and convenient, shuttle are always clean and the drivers are helpful.
Overall good service - was a little difficult finding the open spots where I believed I was supposed to park, and then signage to the shuttle was hard to find as it was late at night, but we were able to do it, get to our terminal and have plenty of time. Coming back it was a little hard to figure out where from the Tom Bradley terminal the pickup location was, but we figured it out and caught the next one to come to get back to our car.
easy to park fast pick-up helpful drivers

Quick easy reliable
It was the familiar USAirport parking place that I used to use all the time. Similar features.
I don’t have to worry about the airport and getting there on time
The people are very nice, the only thing I did not like was the fact that you took all the handicap parking for the electric cars. It made it very difficult for me to get in and out of my vehicle.
Easy to book online. Attendants were very helpful when I arrived and it was easy to get to and back from my terminal.
I love the location! But prices have really gone up!!
Reliable, safe, consistent.
Shuttles running pretty smooth this month.
Easy to use! The drivers are very nice and helpful! I love parking here because I know my vehicle will be safe when I return and the frequent trips back and forth between the lot and the airport is comforting because I know I have plenty of time. The ease of checking in and out is now more convenient than ever with scanning QR codes. Love it! Highly recommend!

Excellent!
Outstanding service. Someone was at the booth to help and guide me in the morning and someone was at the booth when I checked out a few nights later. The drivers were professional and friendly. They both insisted on carrying my luggage. So refreshing to see an upstanding and professionally run business.
Easy parking, quick shuttle buses.
