The ease of booking and pick up
Yassley was the best shuttle driver I've had at the Parking Spot on JFK Blvd. She didn't speed and slowed down for bumps, which my back really appreciated. Very kind and helpful too.
Ease of in and out access. Friendly staff.
It is great. However, I am afraid that if I give you positive feedback, you will raise prices. Therefore, I am not writing what I feel.
Great location, never have to wait very long for a driver to arrive.
Very easy to reserve. Drivers are courteous and helpful. Prices are competitive. The rewards are excellent.
It's easy and fast
Quick easy and painless!

Ease of use.
The service is great and your people are so helpful
We love the associates who work there and the reasonable cost and efficient service.
On the improvement side, the basic parking (*which I don't usually use) is very confusing. It is not signed well, the drivers driving past the bus stop seems very frustrating to the many people around us. I think you need to improve the signs and have the bus come inside the parking area to reduce the frustration.
The personalized service I received recently was great. The employee went above and beyond to help me rectify an issue I had with a reservation. Hats off for the great service.
Easy to make reservations and to park. The parking lot is secure and prices are reasonable.
Good rates and secure lots
fast service, very helpful.
I've used this parking services about 5 times. Each time it's fantastic. The process is so seamless. Just scan the code and leave your car in the covered garage and hop on the shuttle. The shuttles are always there when you arrive. Also when picking up all you have to do is open the app at the airport pick up location and they know your here. They also get your vehicle ready so it's there waiting for you when you arrive back. Also having it valet parked out of the sun is great for Florida. This has been the best parking place I've ever used.
Best prices around the airport! Friendly staff
Easy to get in and out of the facility. Being picked up and dropped off right at the vehicle. Friendly drivers and staff that helped with a first timer.
The staff is curtious , and professional! I have used the parking facility for over 8 years
No matter what time you get there there’s always a shuttle heading your way. Everyone is always courteous and polite. Thank you very
