I've been going to this location for many years and have been overall pleased. There were a few hiccups after the purchase of the open lot next door with delays and not enough buses, but it's gotten better.
One gripe that I have is that there have been only two lanes open at the exit for several years. I've been in long lines before and it's frustrating to have to wait a long time. I wish that all for lanes could be open and working.
I also wish that the valet option would reopen but it looks like that is not going to happen. It was so convenient for the amount of business travel I do.
