I like several things: I can reserve in advance; the bus comes right to where I parked; the driver usually puts my suitcase on board; the drivers are usually polite; I get dropped off at exactly the same place every time; I get picked up at exactly the same place; the buses are well-marked; the drivers usually express gratitude for tips; and one time, a driver insisted on putting my suitcase in the trunk (hard for me to do). But another time, when it was pouring down rain, a driver stopped to talk to another man under the carport, and they both watched me, struggling in the rain, with my suitcase (I am 5'4" and almost 70 years - it is hard for me to get the suitcase up high enough to put into my trunk). So, I usually feel cared for at the Parking Spot, but that is not guaranteed.

I like everything about the service. The prices are reasonable, it’s very close to the airport, and the shuttles are many and very active. I’ve never had to wait long for a shuttle.
