One thing very important to me is that your buses run essentially continuously from the South parking lot. There are many times when we fly back into town at all hours and this is essential for us.
I love the ease of parking my vehicle and having the shuttle take me to the airport in a fast manner. The drivers were most helpful in loading and unloading the baggage.

Pick up at the airport is prompt, i have never had to wait very long at all (which is much more than i can say for similar services at other airports).
Also, the fee for uncovered valet parking is reasonable and not too much more than self park. It is nice to have one's car waiting and ready to go when i get to the parking lot.
I love the way vans are readily accessible whether it’s 3:30 in the morning or 12:30 at night for an airport pick up. I love your friendly, helpful drivers and the discounts you offer. My husband and I are huge PS West fans and recommend PS to all of our friends and neighbors. The free, ice cold bottle of water is also a nice touch when we are checking out.
