The price is reasonable, the shuttle buses are frequent, and the driver are are pleasant.

Very helpful. The only complaint we had ( we are 79yo) was asking drivers for TPS where we would go to to return to our car and being told (3 times by different young male drivers) to come back to where we were left off. On return we walked dragging our bags completely around the airport before finding out from airport employees that there was a 3 week old pick up site on the west side. My wife’s heart rate was 127 in the 90 degree heat. Luckily she survived. We are old and white and I hope this was not intentional misguiding.

Very friendly and accommodating. My daughter is in a wheelchair so unable to use the shuttle. The driver was able to get in my car and shuttle us to the airport and again picked us up with my car. What a great service!

Drivers are helpful with luggage. We never wait long to be picked up from the airport to be returned to our car. Vehicle is kept in a fenced in area to prevent theft. Only a few minutes from the airport.
