The living room carpet didn’t look clean. A cording to the technician the carpet is damage. I pointed out some spots, He was saying that the carpet is damaged. The whole carpet looks like was not cleaned. Sent another technician to cleaned it

Zerorez came to clean my carpets. They did a great job. The guys were very polite.
An hour after the workman left I started to cough and sneeze. I knew it was my allergies so I called Zerorez and asked them what they used to clean the carpets. They told me they use a lemon zest or some kind of lemon in their rinse or what ever at the end. I’m allergic to citric acid, vitamin C. What ever it was I had an allergic reaction.
Zerorez came back the next day and cleaned with water. Unfortunately my allergies already took hold and I had congestion taking hold in my chest. It’s been a week and I’m just getting over the symptoms of my allergies.
I do appreciate Zerorez coming in and fixing the problem. I feel like I am on the mend.
Because of Zerorez‘s attention to my problem I will use them again. I was impressed and also recommended them to my friends. Thank you
We didn’t notice until after our technician left, but there was a really wet spot in our master bedroom that looks like a stain now.
The tec explained all the process and how it worked. He was very nice and knowledgeable.. I use zerorez all the time
My carpet had every dingy area and serveral spots re-surface within an hour of the service. I have seriously had better results with my home bissell machine. I will not be recommending or calling again for service. Super disappointed.
We paid over 350.00$ an our house smelled like dogs. We were assured it wouldn't that they would use a ultra violet light to see where our pets had been which they did not. Our house also smelled musty afterwards this isn't wat we paid for an i don't appreciate it at all. Our house didn't smell like this when we did our own carpets. You guys should be ashamed. You came highly recommended only to disappoint 🥺
An hour after the guys left my allergies started acting up. I don’t know what your company uses to clean but I’m still a mess. My nose and head are all plugged up and I have a cough. I have been cleaning the rugs I have now for at least four years and never had a problem with my allergies. They are also not fluffy and don’t feel clean when I walk on them bare foot.
I can’t tell you how disappointed I am. Now I am going to have someone else come in and clean to get what ever you used out of my rugs. I’m not happy.
I will say the young men who came were polite and friendly.

Zerorez is fantastic for getting pet odors out of our old we carpet and their service is always knowledgeable and professional.
Keegan was amazing. He figured out to clean the algae off our cushions. No other tech these last few years were successful.
Service was good. The two young men who came out did a great job, worked hard and were very polite. Most importantly, they were also very knowledgeable. They did carpet and a sectional, both looked great after they were done.
You are easy to schedule and you are prompt.
Not charge full price for a room that you are only cleaning walkways. More furniture than rug. Was told I could probably combine two walkway rooms to equal one room. Didn’t happen. Was not happy
Nice clean smell, carpet looks fresh and they really work hard trying to get the dirt out. They were very friendly and answered any questions we ask. They never rushed but took their time to make sure the best possible job was done and the customer was satisfied. Since the carpet was damp it dried in a matter of 4-6 hours.
Appreciate the lack of chemical residue that other carpet cleaners leave.

My text to confirm my appointment said the appointment window was from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM. The service person called and said he would be there at 1 for the appoint window of 11AM to 1 PM. I explained that I thought the window was from 830 to 11 per the confirmation. He didn’t seem really interested that the appointments were not aligning nor did he try to understand what the issue was. I always have great service and the carpets come out wonderfully when I have you clean them. I was frustrated because there was no attempt to try to figure out where the issue with the time mixup was. This is the first time in all years that this has happened, but it needs to be figured out. I had to reschedule a lot of things.
