Joshua and Nicholas did a great job of carpet cleaning and Joshua was knowledgeable about the chemistry related to the job They were committed to taking the time to do the job the best way. Results are great.

We have used Zerorez in the past, but this was our first truly wonderful experience. Kai was heads above any other technician. H took the time to observe the troubled spots on my carpet and gave us details of his approach to eradicate the stains. He also tested the carpet to ascertain its composition as that helps him to clean it more throughly. Then finally, this is the first time that my carpet dried in a timely manner. They always say it will dry in about four to five hours and yet it's always still wet the next day. Not this time! Even though the weather was mild my carpet dried in the four hours time frame.
I am a totally satisfied customer.

The first two rooms and the stairs were fine. I was upsold certain products for the master room but for the third room I was not in a position to buy anything else and told the tech I was out of money for extras and to just do his best . It was almost like the guy just went over the room with water to Quickly to get it done. It was still so dirty. I had to go in with my little hand held cleaner and I got so much dirt up with that. It also took forever for the carpets to dry. Like 24 hours. Not sure what it was but the first time we used zero rez the tech did a great job. I’d Probly try zero rez again but round need a better result or will go somewhere else.

I have used Zerorez three times now, in two rental properties and my own home, and have been happy with the results. The technicians have been friendly, and all three did a good job. My own carpets and couch were noticeably cleaner after they were finished, and there was no chemical odors left behind.

The service rep was very thorough and after consulting with me about the engineered hardwood determined it best to use the hardwood cleaning technique. He was very thorough with all floors cleaned. He offered different cleaning techniques for the high traffic areas. I highly recommend ZEROREZ

First off the tech was great and very professional educated us and explained everything. This low ranking does not include our interaction with him. It comes down to the price and results. I was surprised that carpet cleaning did not include stain removal or the attempt to and then the price to try and remove the stain was a lot. Based on that I would not recommend Zerorez as the first option.

When I told the scheduler I had synthetic rugs I should have been told there was no real positive outcome with synthetic rugs. The technician spent most of his time telling me all the reasons not to do my rugs. So I said never mind then he said I can go ahead and do the living room rug. In retrospect, I wish I’ve just sent him on his way.

I have enjoyed Zerorez for years. My carpets always look great when they are finished and the carpets dry very quickly. I recommend them to anyone I hear wanting their carpets cleaned. They provide a great service
