Our technician was very clear on what he was going to do. Explained it all throughly. Very professional. He did a great job!!
Only issue was our appointment was scheduled at 2:00 and our technician didn’t show until 4pm. However he did notify us that he was running late.

However the large white rug ended up looking worse. You offered to come out to clean it again, but that will make it even spottier. You said you would charge if you used stain removal. Well, I can do that with nor further charge. I cannot take time to schedule another clean with your 2 hour window appointments. I will do it myself or find another rug cleaner.
Thank you for your review. I'm glad to know the chairs you had cleaned are to your satisfaction, and I'm sorry to hear you aren't happy with how your rug turned out. We did offer, at the time, additional stain removal options, which were declined, and offered to come back and re-clean the rug for you at no additional charge, which was also declined. I like to think of carpet and rugs like teeth- going to the dentist is cheapest when all we are doing is the regular cleaning. But if there is a cavity, that is extra. Stains on carpet and rugs are like cavities- they require additional work, and therefore come at an additional cost. I know that doesn't help your frustration, and I'm sorry for that. I fyou decide you do want us to rty the re-clean, please let us know.
I love that there is no residue after cleaning. I have used Zerorez for years and the staff has always been top-notch, very friendly and professional.
The tech did a nice job although when making an appointment, it would be good if the scheduler would explain that removing spots is a separate item to be scheduled so that a return visit isn't required.
Excellent results. Our carpet looks new! They were relatively quick but did a great job! Dried within 4 hours so we could put the rooms back together! Would recommend this company!

I got service done yesterday 7/5, and I am noticing that the walls got damaged on the stairs. From what it seems, it looks like when they sprayed something, they got it on the walls and had it soaked. By the time it came to wash it with the machine, the wall piece came off because they kept on hitting it. I also noticed my new bed sprayed when i asked for them to be very careful. I paid over $300 for a service it’s not fair.

In my opinion the cleaning process is much better than other companies we have used over the years and the quality of workmanship is so much better, the time taken to address the concerns are listened to and the overall end result is one that is not rushed or corner cut just to get the job done. I had the opportunity to meet and watch Victor do an amazing job, he was informative during the whole process and would recommend Zerorez Boise to family and friends.
