The technician was great. Carpets are super clean and pet for is irradiated.
The staff was very friendly and called me to discuss the condition of the carpet, their recommendation and pricing, before starting. The carpets looked very clean and they removed the pet stains.
It's expensive for the amount of floor space that is actually cleaned. I'll be sure and do more comparisons the next time I have my carpets cleaned. I have no complaints at all about the way it looks or the way it was cleaned.
