We've had better service in the past.
I was disappointed the first time my carpet was cleaned and Zerorez reached out to redo an area. The second time it came out beautifully and looked like brand new carpet. Nick did a wonderful job!

marks left on my wall. Stains left on carpet, didnt notice till dry. My house isnt evven a year old.
The service was great. When you variety’s dry completely and I vacuum, I will know if they are clean.
Had to point out a couple areas the technician missed, he left before we could do another walk through with him.

Kegan was Maricela’s cleaning our white carpet. He also put on bumper guards for the white woodwork corners. No one before had done that. Great job, and he worked hard to make sure we were satisfied. I use zero Rex every year because you are the best
My steps took over 24 hours to dry. The rooms took the 5 hours we were told.
