The process you use, I use Victor , whose excellent conscientious, hard working, and knows about the different types of carpet very straightforward good sense of humor I only use zero with and I’ve only used them for 25 years
My first cleaning was not right but you sent someone out right away to correct the problem. It WAS inconvenient but I appreciated the otherwise no hassle of getting the job done.
So very pleased with the carpet cleaning. The results are amazing. The carpet had not been cleaned in many years. I had 4 rooms and hallway plus an area rug cleaned. I cannot say enough good things about the process, the professionalism and the service. One thing I noticed after the carpet was cleaned was there was no odor. No strong detergent or chemical smell. The carpet dried quickly and again, looks amazing. I highly recommend Zerorez for the best service and reasonable price.

Carpets look great! Instead of waiting days for our carpets to dry, some rooms were completely dry the same evening and everything else by the next day. We're very happy with this service.
My technician was actually able to start earlier than my appointment time, which was an advantage for my busy day. He was very polite and thorough with his cleaning and the carpets were dry within the 4 hours predicted.
This is not about the technician at all. He was great. Good communication as would be expected. But his equipment was in poor condition. I booked online which was great but then he tried to tell me that due to special treatments the price would be more then double what the online booking said. I refused the "special treatments" and the spots came out just fine. So this is mostly about how he was trained to"upsell" and his equipment. His wand was so old it made an awful sound and had no suction.
Service technician did an excellent job in cleaning my carpets. Although they are over 25 years old, they now look brand new. I would highly recommend Zerorez for your carpet cleaning.
The tech was great, but the cleaning was just mediocre. There was a small amount of toothpaste on the rug that didn’t seem to even be touched. I’d go with another company next time that uses heat based cleaning maybe

I had several stains where our cat threw up and Victor was able to remove all the orangy stains! Had been putting off doing this, but ZeroRez made it easy! A big thank you!
Your employees are very polite. So far we have only had our carpets cleaned. I have a lot of allergies. The first time your guys came I didn’t know that you use a fragrance and I was allergic to it. So I called and the next day the young men came back, apologized, and redid my whole house. Now when Zerorez comes they know not to use and fragrances.
I also just found out you have many other services: like duck cleaning, grout cleaning, dryer duck cleaning, tile cleaning and a lot more. I will be calling you a lot more to do things.

Mostly I like the results! The carpet looks almost new again, even though it's about 17 years old. The employee doing the work, Marshall, was professional and personable. I'd recommend him and his work to anyone. I can hardly believe how good the carpet looks again.
