The products and services were great. The carpet turned out beautiful, and my tech was kind, knowledgeable, and very professional. I will be using zero Rez again and highly recommend their product and service. They were very accommodating to my schedule changes and answered all my questions each time I called.
We had our carpets, a couch and a recliner cleaned. The house smells so fresh and we appreciate knowing we are sitting a clean couch and recliner. Mike was a great teacher about the products used and the "why" that supported the use of each.

The tech did a good job cleaning our carpets, but we had a few concerns. Zerorez later asked if we were satisfied with the work that was done, and I told them it could have been better. They offered to send a tech back at no cost to us, and we took them up on their generous offer. The tech reworked a few areas of concern to us, and when he was done, our carpets looked great! We are quite pleased by the follow-up from Zerorez, and by the additional work that was done! We will be using their service again, and we recommend them to others.
Excellent customer service, and the cleaning staff are very careful with any furniture that needs to remain in the space. Also, the non-toxic products they used are a plus.
