I got service done yesterday 7/5, and I am noticing that the walls got damaged on the stairs. From what it seems, it looks like when they sprayed something, they got it on the walls and had it soaked. By the time it came to wash it with the machine, the wall piece came off because they kept on hitting it. I also noticed my new bed sprayed when i asked for them to be very careful. I paid over $300 for a service it’s not fair.
Thank you for your review. We have been trying to reach out to you to repair the walls and see what needs to be done about the furniture. Please return our calls or texts, and we will get it taken care of.
Zeroz was very professional and they did an excellent job cleaning my carpet and my dining room chairs. They worked quickly and were able to lift out those pet stains from my previous pet. I would definitely recommend Zerorez for your carpet cleaning.
Zerorez is always quick to respond and get my carpets done with the utmost urgency and professionalism.
Great people and provides exceptional service.
We were very happy with the service. Thank you!
Excellent service, courteous
Keegan was super accommodating with scheduling around my property becoming vacant for my move-in. Zerorez always does a great job with the carpets! I have used them several times over the years.
Pet odors came out and I am so happy!!
Natural and little to no chemicals
The technician was very thorough in what he did and communicated well with us. Did a good job and the carpets and furniture turned out nice.
Excellent technician. Knowledgeable and very helpful. Did a wonderful job.

Zerorez has consistently done a good thorough job for us.
Everything they use is safe for kids and pets. Love the results as well!
Friendly staff, great service
Easy to get appointment when needed.
Technicians are respectful of your home, do a great job and answer questions clearly.
They are professional and friendly.
Brandon was able to get some stains out that we thought would be very difficult/permanent.
In my opinion the cleaning process is much better than other companies we have used over the years and the quality of workmanship is so much better, the time taken to address the concerns are listened to and the overall end result is one that is not rushed or corner cut just to get the job done. I had the opportunity to meet and watch Victor do an amazing job, he was informative during the whole process and would recommend Zerorez Boise to family and friends.
Easy appointment making, good communication through out, good value
Always on time. We used Zerorez in North Carolina and Georgia before we moved to Eagle Idaho. The standards are the same which is really appreciated.
Your service provider was thorough, paid attention to detail. Friendly and most important my carpet looks great!
Perhaps scheduling smaller jobs (if you aren’t working them geographically) at the beginning of your windows, might help technicians work more efficiently when dealing with more complicated cleans. We are pleased with the results, so if/when scheduling again, but will take an earlier time slot next time. As stated before, we appreciated Brandon’s communications and Ben fitting us in at the end of his day when Brandon was stuck in a big job.
Carpets weren't dripping wet, Cody was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and hard-working. House smelled clean and continues to stay smelling clean. Ancient cat urine smell now only detectable to dogs.
My scheduling window was communicated to me on the phone as 2-5pm, but I got an email that it was 11-2pm so that is what I prepared for. My tech showed up right at 5pm, concerned that the job was too large to complete in the slotted time period. This seemed to be something that should be handled by corporate scheduling. I felt pressured to reduce the scope of my booked job, but also I was being offered additional services (like protector and spot cleaning). The tech was friendly and diligent, he did a good job. I recommend not booking jobs that will last well into the night without clearly communicating to the customer that a late night cleaning is a possibility.
Ben and Brandon did an exceptional job cleaning our carpets! From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly thorough. They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and worked efficiently without cutting any corners.
Our carpets look brand new — stains we thought were permanent are completely gone, and everything smells fresh and clean. You can tell they take real pride in their work.
We truly appreciated their attention to detail and friendly attitude. Highly recommend Ben and Brandon if you're looking for top-quality carpet cleaning with great service!
This is the second time I have used them. This time they cleaned the furniture and did a great job!
Victor and his co-worker did a great job. Victor cleaned our carpets last year and did a great job too! Zerorez is really the best carpet cleaning business out there. I highly recommend them.
My biggest issues:
Possible mold and damage to floorboards due to cleaners, damage to furniture, as well as major inconveniences to the household.
1. I had my initial cleaning on a Monday for three rooms. In one of the rooms, we paid for the Subtopical treatment at $175 because we have a cat that has peed in three places (small areas, but multiple times in the same place), as well as the Topical Odor and Stain treatment in all three rooms for $75. The cleaner said that he had to get the floors very wet to clean the cat pee spots, but that it wouldn't hurt the floorboards or cause any damage. By Wednesday afternoon, those spots were still very wet, the smell had become musty and spread throughout the house, and the smell of cat pee remained the exact same. Because of the excess water, it spread and soaked into the side of our fabric bedframe. I called about this and they scheduled to have someone out the next day (the woman at customer service was very nice).
2. The second cleaner came on Thursday and looked astounded when I told him the initial cleaning was on Monday. He said it should have dried within 24 hours. He proceeded to re-wet the whole room and suck up the water. He also sprayed a lot of enzyme on the carpet to hopefully get rid of the smell, and left me with a fan overnight to make sure it dried, which was very helpful. I also expressed my concerns for the bedframe because now, even if the floor is cleaned, the dirty water/smell is now in the bed. He sprayed enzyme on the bed to fix this, and I told him I was skeptical of it working.
However, after all that, on Monday of the following week (7 days after initial cleaning), the musty smell was gone, but it now smelled heavily of cleaner with a hint of cat pee.
3. He had said to vacuum very slowly to get all the cleaner out after it was dry, which I did three times. I had a full vacuum of dirt and other debris, from just the single room, so I'm not sure what the initial cleaning actually did. I was concerned and did the same in the other two rooms with similar results. I feel that nothing was cleaned other than the very top part of the carpet. Stains also remain the same in one of the other rooms, so I'm also disappointed in the $75 we paid for that.
4. So I called again that day (Monday) and asked if there was anything they could do about the charges, as I no longer trusted the company and would have to pay another company to come in and fix what they had caused. I was told that customer service couldn't do anything and that HR or the boss would call me back later that day, but if they didn't that I should call back again before they closed. I received no call back. Can you tell me why I have to call until the issue is resolved? Even if it wasn't a same day response, I would have been fine. But why does a customer have to call until they can reach someone about a very large issue that may have caused very expensive problems like mold, damage to the floorboards, and damage to other items in the home?
Other service disappointments:
Unprofessionalism.
On the first cleaning, I was discussing charges and final instructions with the cleaner. As we're talking, he stops and looks at the box of donuts on my counter and says "Oh, Krispy Kream. Mind if I have one?" Before I even answer, and as I'm saying "Oh, actually there are only two left and my husband hasn't had any," he's opening and reaching into the box to grab a donut. I gave him a cupcake we had next to the donuts because I felt so awkward about the whole exchange.
The second cleaner was more professional and I don't have any complaints about him, other than that he sprayed a little too much cleaner in the room and now it has caused the second problem I listed above.
I wanted to give Zerorez a chance to fix the mistakes before I left feedback/reviews, but I have had too many inconveniences and possible major expenses caused at this point. I apologize for this being so long, but I wanted to put in detail all of my complaints.
I have shared my experience with family and friends, and now will be sharing this post on all public review sites to warn people of the damage and unprofessionalism of this company. We will be examining the floor, and I will reach out again if we find any further damage.

Thoroughness. Visible difference !! Plus availability to clean area carpet! Haven’t seen finished product on tha but am excited!
