I did not care for the back door sales tactics. Some carpet areas not as clean as expected. The cost is expensive enough without adding on extra charges for stain removal. Disappointing.
My carpet looks really clean! The technician (Mike) was friendly, and thoroughly explained the process, including the benefit of adding the fiber protection. This is the second time Zerorez has serviced our home, and both times have been exceptional experiences!

PLEASE don't laminate your "Successful aftercare tips" card. It's unnecessary and then the paper cannot be recycled. The plastic ends up in the landfill and it's a process and cost that you don't need to incur for great service!

Everything is perfect. If anyone asked I would say you’re the best. But not many in our 55 and older community have their carpets cleaned often.

As the name says there is no soap residue to attract dirt in your carpet.

everything was done with the upmost care he even put guards on the corners of my walls to protect the paint the man was polite and knew what he was doing, and my carpets were completely dry the next morning ready for my new furniture I can't say enough about how professional he was.
