Your products are wonderful. I watched what your employee's were doing the whole time they were cleaning my carpets. They explained everything they were doing. I rate their customer service an A+ and are hard workers. I will not have anyone clean my carpets but Zerorez! You ROCK!!! Rhonda Davis.
Reliable and their cleaning methods work!
Robert, technician, was very polite and respectful of my home. He made every attempt to get my carpet as clean as he could. He put in extra time and effort doing this. The products used cleaned my carpet far better than I thought possible. A great value for my money. I will be using their services in the future.

This is the second time I have used Zerorez services. I have found their organization to be very organized and professional in their approach. Their serviceperson (Dave) was prompt, courteous and thorough. I like the Zerorez process because it leaves the carpet very clean and relatively dry so one is not waiting many hours before furnishings, etc can be reinstalled and you don't have the chemical smell or stiffness experienced with other cleaning methods. I am a very satisfied customer and would readily recommend Zerorez to anyone.

I love the Zerorez process. When dried my carpets feel soooooo goo X. I also like your techs. Josh and Todd did an outstanding job. Knowledgeable and very efficient. Not only did they do a fantastic job cleaning our carpets but they recommended a carpet tech to fix some installation problems. I will definitely use them again.
The only carpet cleaning to truly remove marks and stains

I was very impressed with the service from the tech but not at all impressed with the results. The few spots on my carpets that were needing attention (which were drawn to the attention of the tech) are still dirty. The whole area is crunchy and further vacuuming with my $500 Dyson has liberated more dirt than was removed during the process (there was hardly anything in the cans after the cleaning). The price I was quoted for tile cleaning was totally extortionate!
I was surprised to be charged an extra $20 for a brushing of the carpet prior to steaming - I know I purchased a Groupon, at a cut price, but it was intended as a trial of the company to see if I would like you to clean my whole house. I imagine a lot of people have d one hte same thing in this are and are feeling similar. Not a good recommendation for the success of your method.

I chose Zerorez after my sister asked me to let them in her house while they cleaned her carpets. I was so impressed with the service that I decided to use them myself. Phone service was exceptional and very clear and the person cleaning my carpets was very friendly and professional. As someone who owns a business in the service industry, I'm very impressed with your staff and would hire any of them for my own business.
They did not follow through with what was told to me with my carpet because it would cost the manager to much money. i am very dissapointed in the manager.

Products seem to be very clean with no chemical odor. Technician used additional product to remove a stubborn stain caused by a plant product (pumpkin) and even this product did not have a chemical smell.
I was amazed at the professionalism and results! In just one hour, it looked like I had installed new carpet. The service technician called ahead to let me know he was on his way and showed up exactly on time! I had one room with severe stains, I was afraid I would have to replace the carpet. When Zerorez was finished it looked new! I will recommend them to everyone!
