Yesterday we had our carpets cleaned. Robert finished about 6:45 and advised that
the drying time is approx. 6 hours. I was a bit surprised at this as your procedure states
it uses less water and drys faster. Other carpets we have done were completely dry by 2-4 hours.
He did use "a new machine like a car wash" . We still have wet/ damp spots today after 6 pm .
2 of the smaller rooms are pretty dry now but our master bedroom has the damp spots.
The main reason we wanted the carpet done was for some of the traffic area in the master
it did not look much different
and he advised to wait till it dried .This carpet is Stain Masters
high end carpet just over a year old. We thought that the carpet would look a lot better than it
does ,as it looks like just water and towels were used. Also Very surprised it still feels damp
in several areas and a bit of a musty smell now.
Your company came recommended and we felt you should be aware of this. Your price was equal
to or a bit more than other companies but we expected a difference. We understand that it is now a holiday weekend and hope we might touch base the 1st of the week with you. Please understand Robert was very nice and friendly and we have no concerns of him personally.

Pay a little more attention to the edges, especially in high traffic areas
I liked Dave, he took the time to make me feel like the job was done right. This time however, although the guy was very nice, he seemed a bit in a hurry and the carpets didn't seem to be as clean as they were in the past but Im not sure whether it's the carpets wear or perhaps they would have been cleaned better if more time had been spent on them but I'm not sure. Anyway, The carpets look ok but I'm not sure if they were done the best way they could have been but I still love Zerorez.
I was skeptical, but the over 12 yr old on the stair rug looked brand new. We were greatly impressed. The team that cleaned rugs were friendly courteous professional hard workers. They made it look so easy. Thank you Zerorez.
Dry time and using no soap

I am so very pleased with your service, I will never use another company for cleaning our carpets. They look amazing so clean and fresh,no odor whatsoever. We have smokers,pets and a wood burning stove in our home, the results were unbelievable.
I would also like to commend the young lady who did our service. She was so professional,and conscious just a joy to have in our home. I hope I will be able to request her on our next service.

The professionalism of your employee. For asking me if I was satisfied, and going over my problem areas again after the carpet dried to see if more could be pulled out.
Service is ok. Products are ok. The only problem i had this time was the carpet was too wet. Took forever to dry.
Wasn't happy this time had to have you come back and do it again. It was much better the second time. Should have been done right the first time. Carpet was not clean after the first visit .

Very very happy with the service and how lovely my carpets look. Also, no smell or crunchy carpets. They stay cleaner longer and I will always have Zerorez back to clean my carpets.
I realize there are liability issues and limits, but more and more of your clientele will be disabled like me or elderly and unable to move furniture prior to your arrival. If this worry was removed or at least lessened, more people would be likely to hire you. Again, I realize this would not be without its own issues. Just wanted to throw it out there.

Fantastic job Amy! My 14 year old carpets look like new again! ZEROREZ has far better carpet cleaning technology and it shows in the finished product! Guess what! She cleaned the upholstery and carpeting in my, very old, 1991 Oldsmobile! Sparkles like the day it was driven off the sales lot! Thank you Amy and ZEROREZ !!!!!!!
