You're friendly, prompt, and our carpets look and feel great.
I have already recommended your services. The appearance was improved and all visible spot were gone. Once the carpet was completely dry the difference in the way the carpet felt was dramatic. Dave fully explained what options were available to achieve the results that were delivered. Cleaning was started on schedule and completed in a deliberate manner. Thanks, Steve at Boise Synthetics
Traffic patterns in the carpet were not removed. They are lighter, but still there. The technician said that I mustn't expect them to go away, so I didn't pursue it further. But if I were asked by a friend to recommend a carpet cleaner, I could only tell her the whole story ---that if she chooses Zerorez, dirt spots will appear lighter, but will not be removed.
No sticky tacky soap
I really appreciated that they came in to do what I asked them to do. They were not pushy about selling additional products, even the carpet protection. They asked if I had any questions, and I asked about the carpet protection. Then he recommended that it would be a wise choice, and explained why it should be done. They didn't spend that time telling why they are better, but why we needed to do protection. He also explained what we could do to help keep our carpet cleaner. It was as if they believed so firmly in their product that it would show for itself. They did not need to "sell" me anything else. Sure enough after they were done, I was sold. I will use them again in the future. Thank you for not trying to sell me on your product, but thank you for believing in your product enough to do the job I asked for.

I liked the prompt service- I called to schedule and was given multiple options of availability including one only 2 days away. Nice not to have to wait a week or more to be fit in!

Robert and Corbin did a wonderful job. We were impressed by the knowledge they had about the product. Additional services were offered but we never felt pressured to accept them. We were impressed by the protectors they used on corners and the protectors they wore on their shoes each and every time they entered our home. They were pleasant, courteous and very helpful. It's refreshing to receive such great customer service in a world where customer service is almost a thing of the past.
The technicians are always helpful. They let you know if something is going to work and if you really need that particular product. They are on time (a big issue for me)

The thoroughness of the technician. He really spent a lot of time on the carpet so it made me feel like he did a good job. He was also good at explaining the options I asked him about but he didn't try to push extra products or services on me. I appreciated that. My carpet looks great!
So far (day three) the cleaning looks as it was promoted to look - love the cleanliness and the lack of "smells or chemicals" residue. The services were great! Personable and friendly but efficient!

I like no soap residue, deodorizing, and stanitizing. I like that it dries quickly. I also appreciated your friendly and helpful service provider. My carpets are great, and my house smells clean. This is very important to me because of my asthma and environmental allergies.

Your team was organized, courteous, and professional. While it has only been 24+ hours since they cleaned our carpets, it appears they did a good job...we have no complaints. In fact, we are very pleased with how they look, feel and do not smell.

The carpet had so much residue/dirt after Zerorez cleaned our carpets that we rented a carpet cleaner and recleaned our carpets. There was so much dirt that came up from the carpet that I was shocked, it was liked they were never cleaned. I was extremely disappointed.
