The carpet looks great! Zerorez did a very nice job. I will likely call this company again next time I need my carpets cleaned.
There was no residue left once the carpet dried. I have to say that I was disappointed with little spray tank having been left on the foyer rug where it leaked. Also, one 3' diameter area in the hallway was still wet over 24 hours after the carpet was cleaned
In my master bedroom there is one spot that was an obvious miss for a patch of dirt. I would like to rescedule a redo for my master bedroom Please advise when this might happen. Overall I was very pleased with the performance.

Mostly that you are a "green" company & harmful chemicals are not used making the whole process safe for my pets as well as us!

I have to say "I Love Zerorez" I have had you clean our rental property as well as our personal property. You have always been kind and courteous and responsive in time of crisis! I like the way our carpets feel after being cleaned and the smell is nice not overpowering! We love Dave and his crew! Thanks for giving great customer service from the initial call to the cleaning of the carpets! In a time where I find customer is lacking many businesses I truly appreciate you above and beyond approach to your customers!
The carpet looks great! We had some pet/kid spots I couldn't get out myself, and now - gone! Both Amy and Corbin were awesome. Fast, friendly and professional. That doesn't seem to be the norm these days, sadly, so very happy when we get it!

My daughter said the person she first talked to on the phone was not friendly.
Even though it had been at least 4 years since the carpet was cleaned and there was a large amount of traffic soil, they were able to clean it and make it look really good. Josh and partner were very friendly, thorough and helpful. They were also very fast--took much less time than I had expected to do such a thorough job.
The crew showed up early (called first) and got right to work. They took time to answer my questions and I think they did a great job..thank you

The representative that cleaned my carpets was friendly AND professional. It was some of the best customer service I have received in a long time. He chatted cheerfully with my children while still working quickly and diligently. My carpet looks great and I don't have to worry about my baby crawling around in any chemical residue. THANK YOU.
