Did not get stains out that other carpet cleaners did. Carpets took a LONG time to dry, even in this hot weather. Carpets felt stiff and hard after drying. You already came out a second time, and results were the same.

I like that your service cleans my carpets using just water and high-powered suction. My carpet is cleaned thoroughly because of the water's ph and the suction takes out the dirt, grime, and other toxins from my home. I do not have to worry about my children or my dog becoming sick after Zerorez cleans my carpet because the products are safe for my home.

Your techs were well trained and they made our carpets look like new. We also appreciated being told about the protecting process and had it done to all of the areas being cleaned. We plan to have them return this month to do three other rooms of our home.

I like the stain removing qualities of the pre-spray. I also like how well the carpets looked and how there was no offensive odor that can accompany a steam cleaning of carpets.
The people that cleaned were very efficient in what they did.

The bathroom tile is fantastic. Other carpet areas are good. We appreciate having Zerorez come out. Josh was very helpful and answered all the questions we had.

The service provided to us by Dave was extremely professional and also very fast. Our carpets look like new and they did an exceptional job on our persian rugs. The water technique they use instead of the chemical route was great. All in all this was a good experience and we will highly recommend it to our friends and family.
