I chose Zerorez after my sister asked me to let them in her house while they cleaned her carpets. I was so impressed with the service that I decided to use them myself. Phone service was exceptional and very clear and the person cleaning my carpets was very friendly and professional. As someone who owns a business in the service industry, I'm very impressed with your staff and would hire any of them for my own business.
They did not follow through with what was told to me with my carpet because it would cost the manager to much money. i am very dissapointed in the manager.

Products seem to be very clean with no chemical odor. Technician used additional product to remove a stubborn stain caused by a plant product (pumpkin) and even this product did not have a chemical smell.
I was amazed at the professionalism and results! In just one hour, it looked like I had installed new carpet. The service technician called ahead to let me know he was on his way and showed up exactly on time! I had one room with severe stains, I was afraid I would have to replace the carpet. When Zerorez was finished it looked new! I will recommend them to everyone!

Never had better carpet cleaning, period
Easy to book an appt. and Dave gets to you asap. Thorough, very clean, no residue, no fumes, gets rid of stains on carpet and on upholstery. The guys are fast, efficient, polite and take good care of my home; careful to protect my walls,wood floors and furniture while pulling in hoses, etc to shampoo carpet. Love Zerorez Have scheduled Dave at least 7 to 8 times in the last 10 months.
Friendly service people who really want to do a great job. I was impressed with the service I got and my carpets look like new. I had them do my stairs and they really got them clean. The carpets dried quickly. It was great.

Maybe take more time to dry carpet and make sure it is really clean. Shampooed yesterday at 12:30 and still wet spots tonight at 10 some 32 hours later.
I live in a small townhome and I understood the Livingsocial covered 3 rooms. When the tech got here he said my living room/ dining room were considered 2 rooms, although I understand they do function as 2 rooms, the area is very small with no walls between. I was very disappointed when he said I had to choose between my dining room and very small (measures 3' x 6') hallway. So what I got cleaned is a bedroom, my small living room and a tiny hallway. I'm not sure I would return to your business. Perhaps you could sell your services by the square foot, because I know my rooms are considerably smaller than most.
You were so accommodating of our schedule and had immediate availability. The carpets look great! I look forward to seeing whether the "clean" sticks or if the stains come up in the next week as they have with other companies. I can't believe how good my two upholstered chairs look after you cleaned them. Thanks so much!
