Prompt, Explained completely the whole process and then showed me what the new brush technic could do for me, as a result I choose to go with it. Very pleased, will definately do it again.
The service was the BEST! Amy explains everything that they were going to do. They even removed some spots that I didn’t think would ever come out. They did over 5 rooms and stairs in less than 3hrs. We were very pleased at the way all the carpets looked and will be calling on them again.

Your product gets out stains that no other company has been able to do. Last year I moved into a rental and there were several stains in the carpeted areas (even though it was a newer home). I recently moved out and the landlord asked who I had cleaned the carpets as they have never looked so good!!!!! Stains were gone.

The tech (Josh) was very accommodating. He went over a few more stubborn spots twice, was very pleasant and informative.

I ask your service person to leave me brochure (which he did)because we just opened a new Doggie Day Care and Boarding (All Pays Stay N Play) and we had a Grand opening on Saturday and I gave them out to the people who came and told them how great you were. I hope you get some new business off of them. We also have them setting at our reception desk so people who come in can pick one up.

I would like to have a narrower window for the ETA, or a definite appointment time. Makes it hard to plan when rooms can be re-occupied with such broad estimated arrival times.
The carpets look good, but the dog urine smell is still in the room...

Todd and Amy did a great job conversing with us while doing an outstanding job cleaning the carpet! They cleaned the carpet and kept it fun! I think a promotion is in store! :)
I'm not very happy with the upholstery cleaning. While I understand that I have some spots that are there from cleaning agents, there are other spots that are still there that seem like they should have come out. Also, when I lifted the cushion to flip them over on my couch, there was white stuff all over them. She worked really hard on them and spent a long time on them, but the quality of those cleanings for what I spent has really been bothering me. I question the capability that you guys have to clean couches and chairs versus carpeting. My carpeting looks good, but certainly disappointed in the couch/chair (not that the one spots didn't come out - I can accept that, but the other areas I would expect to look different and I would NOT expect to see white stuff (almost mildew looking) on the undersides when lifting them up the next day. That is what really bothers me.
The staff was friendly and professional and the results (at least short-term) are excellent. Time will tell how it fares long-term, but the lack of any soap residue bodes well for this metric.
No chemical or perfume smells. Everything was fresh and clean! Service personnel were professional and genuinely interested in getting the best possible results for us.
No chemicals, pleasant employee who seemed competent and knowledgable, complete explanation of services. Didn't try to change my mind and talk me into something I didn't want or need.
