I had the rep do a pet stain removal in our hall, my carpet looks like it has been bleached. It is no longer the same color as the rest of the carpet. Thinking about calling and complaining.
Our tech was very friendly and did an excellent job. Everything in the process was done as represented by your company. I'll most definitely use Zerorez again and would certainly recommend to my friends and relatives.
Wish the carpet smelled fresher (like with a scent of some kind) but it looks nice.

Saved our carpet. Amy, the tech was very knowledgeable, friendly, confident in their products. Besides the cat urine, she was able to remove heavy traffic markings as well. Another company had the carpet cleaned prior to our purchasing but the heavy traffic markings were still left behind. The whole carpet just looked brighter. Would highly recommend their services.

I have never done this before, but I was so impressed with this company and their work, I just had to share, just in case you need a really good carpet cleaning….
I actually sent this out to all of my co-workers and have already recommend Zerorez to my family....My carpets have never been this clean, seriously, they were so quick and professional and reasonably priced, I will never use anyone else….

Our carpet is about 1 1/2 year old and we have dogs and cats(lots of shedding) carpets looked great, stains removed, got rid of the dog smell.
