The carpet feels good after cleaning

Carpets and tile and grout looked great after being cleaned.
Zerorez is great. I've used them several times and I'm always impressed with the results.
Basic carpet cleaning prices are not too bad, but anything extra - such as the B water or to put the sealant on is way too high. Also, I appreciate the "educational" component to the carpet cleaning, but sometimes it is a bit over the top. I really just want someone to clean my carpets in an efficient, timely manner. I would rather pay less to get the carpets cleaned if it meant less talk from the carpet cleaners - I have seen 3 separate people so I am not singling out any one in particular.
Thank you for your response- one of our core values is to Educate our customers, but by the third time, you've already heard it! We will continue to train our staff on how to best communicate with you, in being able to understand when you just want things cleaned. We do understand that our prices may be higher than some of our competition, however we feel that the value for those services is very high, and is reflected somewhat in our pricing structure. We have actually lowered, substantially, our pricing on cleaning, such as tile and grout, and other items. Thank you though for letting us know your thoughts on the subject, we will absolutely take them into consideration!

The no use of chemicals, soaps, etc.
Carpets look great. I was quoted on the phone a price of $183.00 with 3 room special $99, living room $15, bonus room $39, hallway $30 plus the cost of the stairs as I didn't know how many stairs I had. I had 15 stairs which would be $60.00 for a total of $243. But I was charged $39.00 for the living room for a total of $267.00. Just wanted to point out that if someone is quoted a price over the phone, that price should be honored. Thank you.

There is a pet odor that seems to be stronger since we clean carpets.

No soap residue from cleaning. Better dirt extraction. Good interaction with the employee sent to clean the carpet.
Friendly, professional staff. The product takes a while to dry, but once it's dry, it looks great and holds up.
The crew was very polite and courteous. They took their time and I could tell they cared about what type of job they did. They wanted to make sure I was happy with their work. They also took precautions to protect my home from damage and from tracking dirt in on their shoes. They were very professional and they also looked clean and neat. Thank you.
I very much liked the fact there are no chemicals used to clean my carpet, especially since one section is year-old carpet. I purposely waited to provide feedback as many times after carpets are shampooed the old stains "magically" reappear after a few days. I did not experience this with ZEROREZ. Also, for the section of carpet that is fifteen years old, there were stains I knew wouldn't come out and was okay with it. I was pleasantly surprised some old stains were removed and remain gone.
Some dampness in carpet the next morning. I don't mind this. Some maybe will object.

Wow is not the term I would use for your service. We contacted you to take care of the carpets in one of our rentals, and scheduled the appointment for a Saturday. Saturday morning you called and said you had technician issues and would have to reschedule. My husband then called and rescheduled and explained he works nights and could not meet you until 11:00 when he got off work. You showed up at 8:00 and left a note saying no one was home. He called again and finally you showed up at the approved time. When he called you the 3rd time you explained he was calling a call center back East, he requested a local manager call him. To us this is not WOW service!

Very few stains come back. Actually, none may come back, they may be new ones.
