I loved the quick response to my request for an appointment and the prompt service . The carpets are beautiful and there was no lingering odor from the process. The dry time was greatly reduced and my carpets do not feel like they have product remaining in the fibers. Amy was delightful to work with and very informative regarding products and carpet problems.

No soap residue and excellent service
I really liked the way Amy Graham cleaned my carpets. She was thorough and professional, arriving right on time and working diligently through the job at hand. Amy was so capable and knowledgeable, recommending stain guard for certain areas of my house and knowing just how to get out those persistent spots that have been bugging me for awhile. I thought she was amazing and I will definitely recommend her to family and friends as well as request her for my house the next time I clean.
The technician, Josh, was very informative, and the cleaning was amazing! Carpets dried within 6 to 8 hours and there was never any smell at all! You guys rock!

Your technician, Amy, walked through everything that I wanted done prior to beginning. She worked directly with the Manager to get me an exceptional price that I had received from an out-of-state Zerorez (I didn't know they were out of state). She was very efficient and very professional.

The carpet took WAY too long to dry, I thought. It's a short pile kind of shag, so maybe other types of carpet dry faster, but it took mine well over 12 hours to not feel wet.
Zerorez did a very nice job cleaning our carpets & vinyl floors, they came out beautiful. The technician was polite and prompt. He let me know before hand when to expect him, which allowed me the opportunity to complete the prep before he came in to complete the service. I gave him a little extra for his excellent service, I hope that he receives the bonus for a job well done. Thank you--Name removed

Service was prompt, Robert was knowledgeable, friendly, explained the process to us, did a great job on our carpets, and then called to let us know when he was done! LOVE that there are no chemicals, the carpet just FEELS great to walk on.
My husband did this as a gift to me. While the easy to move furniture was out of the way (I wouldn't expect the large pieces moved because under the couches doesn't get walked on very often), I saw that several items that could easily be moved aside (a tote bag of papers) had been cleaned around.
I am bummed to say that 3 days later I could see the "old dirt" starting to show again.

I have had zerorez 3 times. The first two times my hallway was considered one area. This time the employee said it had to be considered 2 areas, costing me an additional $30. I am unhappy with that, but happy with my carpets.
