The Tech was knowledgeable and friendly... I was very impressed with the double roller machine that was used to bring the dirt and dog hair up to the surface. If you think your standard vacuum does a great job of cleaning your carpets, call Zerorez and have them come out and just run this double roller machine over your carpet and you won't believe the results. I was also very impressed with the effectiveness of the stains removed from the carpets.
You associate was wonderful and nice. The carpets looked pretty, but now there is a bad smell that wasn't there before.

I was very impressed with the time and care that was taken cleaning my carpets. The representative wore booties the whole time, and he put up corner quards to insure that the hoses would not damage the walls. The carpet looks great too. Our rep was very knowledgeable and offered additional tips about websites to go to for checking out rating system for carpet cleaners as well as info on vacuums!
Great customer service, Corbin was very nice. But stain was left on carpet after I did tell him about it prior to cleaning, he did not say anything about it when done cleaning.
Feel like I was over charged, what the special was and what I was charged for. Also some spots could of been worked on a little harder.

Clean fluffy carpet, no smells.
The carpet does not look much better than before. I also paid for protectant and feel like I have sealed in dirt. The te chic Ian was very nice, but now after the fact t, I wonder if he took enough time on the carpet edges and in the traffic areas. I had been looking forward to using Zerorez having heard the commercials for years. Just expected my carpet to look better.

The tech was very friendly and straight forward about the product, I like the fact that soap isn't used, we have had bad experiences with companies that use soap in the past.
After coming out the second time the techs seemed to be attentive to my needs. I was not prepared for them to clean the areas I thought that weren't done right the first time, but once they redid the carpets, I am satisfied with the results. I appreciated the service.

Cheerful, thorough techs, complete attention to detail...my carpets are not too pretty to begin with, and not the highest quality but they look amazing after cleaning. Zerorez is the best ever.
