Scheduling was easy, same day service, reasonably priced, coupon easily honored, technician was polite and friendly yet businesslike, careful around walls and furniture, natural products, job done in hour and half. Will definitely use this company again and will also recommend to friends.

Techs were knowledgeable. The price was right. The technicians under promised and over delivered! They got up some scentsy candle wax that was in the carpet. I tried everything myself and couldn't get it. I will call them back for my upstairs in a couple of months.

I have a very small house with small living areas. My home is 4 bedrooms at 1600 square my mothers home who you serviced is 3800 sq ft. For her to get 4 area was 99 dollars during your January promotion. My rental which I've had cleaned several times cost me 115 for four areas that wasn't quite four areas a very small hallway, small living room, one bedroom and the stairs. I was charged an additional amount for the stairs which seems unreasonable when I was stretching to get a fourth free area using the small hallway. I feel like I very much overpaid.

When I got home the the kitchen floor was sticky to walk on. also had to small chairs in bedrooms that were not moved for cleaning the carpet were they were. That is why I gave you this rating
I had to call you to come back to redo part of my living room and it looks much better now. Nick, (I think that was his name) also got out a couple of spots in the carpet upstairs that the first guys did not get out. Thank you for coming back and taking care of the problem areas.
