the Technician explained the process very clearly. The truck, the equipment and the dress and appearance of the technician were all professional in quality. I was very impressed and felt the carpet cleaning was in the hands of the best cleaning company. I was happy with all phases. Price quotes were comparable to several others that I received. I was drawn to Zerorez by its radio ads on 670 AM and its informative website. My initial phone call was handled by a very professional associate who was pleasant and polite. She was able to get me an appointment that was perfect for my schedule. Zerorez will by my carpet cleaning professionals.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

A few areas in the family room did not look fully clean. The operator says it is due to wear, but I wonder if detergent-type cleaner would get it clean, as the carpets are not old and not high traffic.

What do you like about our products and services?

There wasn't soap in the cleaning process. It did a very good job. I have already recommended ZEROREZ to friends and family in CA and CO. There was only one spot that didn't come out and that was red wine and I don't know how long it had been there?

The young man was vey pleasant and professional.

I like the customer servoce. My service man put on "booties" which he used during the entire process. We never wear our shoes in our house so this was really nice! He made every effort to do all he could to make carpets look awesome...he took a lot of time to do a good job!!! He is the best service person I have ever had...Thanks, Bonnie Ash

Everything! The technician was knowledgeable and professional. The cleaning was awesome and results excellent! Stains/spots removed or lightened to my satisfaction too! I will never get carpets cleaned the "old fashion" way (soap and water) again. Thank you!

I feel like you are honest and don't try to nickle and dime me like some other carpet cleaning companies. My carpet always looks great and your technician is very thorough and polite.
