The gentleman that cleaned our carpet was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. He also asked me if I wanted certain services before he actually did them. My carpets had not been professionally cleaned in 3 years. They look wonderful with no noxious smells. Dried overnight. Very happy with outcome!

Quick and efficient
Your technician was very friendly, professional and aimed to please. So far I'm happy with the results, but I try not to draw final conclusions with the cleaning until some time has passed and I can see that the service doesn't later attract dirt to the carpet and that the protectant applied indeed works as advertized.
