Carpet doesn't seem to be clean- stains still there
the Technician explained the process very clearly. The truck, the equipment and the dress and appearance of the technician were all professional in quality. I was very impressed and felt the carpet cleaning was in the hands of the best cleaning company. I was happy with all phases. Price quotes were comparable to several others that I received. I was drawn to Zerorez by its radio ads on 670 AM and its informative website. My initial phone call was handled by a very professional associate who was pleasant and polite. She was able to get me an appointment that was perfect for my schedule. Zerorez will by my carpet cleaning professionals.
A few areas in the family room did not look fully clean. The operator says it is due to wear, but I wonder if detergent-type cleaner would get it clean, as the carpets are not old and not high traffic.
There wasn't soap in the cleaning process. It did a very good job. I have already recommended ZEROREZ to friends and family in CA and CO. There was only one spot that didn't come out and that was red wine and I don't know how long it had been there?
The young man was vey pleasant and professional.
I really liked the Zerorez rep who cleaned the carpets. He was very knowledgeable as explained everything he was planning to do. The carpets looks great.
All the stains came back up.
Just be sure that you have tried your best to get spots out before you leave.

I like the customer servoce. My service man put on "booties" which he used during the entire process. We never wear our shoes in our house so this was really nice! He made every effort to do all he could to make carpets look awesome...he took a lot of time to do a good job!!! He is the best service person I have ever had...Thanks, Bonnie Ash

The technicians were very friendly, explained the process as it went along, and worked extremely hard. The couch and chair look very good.

EVERYTHING!!! I have had Zerorez back twice so far. I have 3 dogs and we have guests that come with more dogs. It's safe to say our carpet gets trashed. Even though my carpet is easily 7 years old but it looks brand new after Robert cleans it with the Zerorez system. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I only had my master bedroom and walk in closet to clean. Bought a voucher for $99. And the rep/tech never tried to sell me on spending more money.
Not disappointed. There was a spot on our carpet that we pointed out that had an older stain. After he left, the spot seemed worse, not better. I don't think he did anything bad, but probably removed dirt or soap that had been covering the stain...so, there's nothing wrong. I'm just not much of a "recommender"

No detergents are used in cleaning.
I'm not certain it is a problem yet but my carpets were very lumpy and looked like they needed to be re-stretched after the cleaners left. (my carpeting is only a couple of years old and did not have any problems before the cleaning) It seems to be reverting back to normal but I am not sure it will be as tightly stretched as it was before the cleaning without having someone come and fix it. I have never had this happen before and will wait to see how the carped looks after a couple of days before being too concerned.
