My carpets have never been so full and bright since the day I bought them. ALL the bad spots are completely gone and Dave was very happy to answer all of our questions and make us comfortable. I like the no chemical type of cleaning and how clean the carpets and tile are when done. They stay cleaner longer than with the other systems.

I had a quote done for carpet cleaning in February. I walked through with the gentleman pointing areas of concern due to existing stains. Because the home was going to be a new purchase, I didn't know what the stains were or how long they had been there. To my knowledge at that time, there was no mention of any extra cost to try and remove the stains should they not come out during the cleaning. After the cleaning on Friday April 17th, several stains remained. At that time we were told that it would be an additional $20/per stain removal attempt. Realizing that this could turn into quite an expense, we opted to attempt to remove the stains on our own. We continue to work on this and have been successful with most spots. I guess I had anticipated that the high traffic areas, ie stairs, the location around the bed, etc. would have looked better. Had I had the time, I would have cleaned it myself with my rainbow, of which I feel I will have to do anyway.

Excellent customer service. Technician was friendly and willing to work with us to determine what services were appropriate. Curtis had a great attitude, was willing to explain everything and very friendly. And no chemicals, sticky residue, yucky smell.

On a service level the Zerorez employees that came to my home were professionally dressed, wore shoe protectors, and were on time. They worked quickly and made sure that I understood how the cleaning process with their product worked.

Your employee stayed and did the tile floor a second time as the initial cleaning hardly improved the appearance of the
Grout. I was very pleased with the result when he left.
Please assure him that the broken flower pot is not an issue. He was very concerned. No problem for me to replace it .

YOUR TECHNICIANS EXPLAIN WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO. KURT WAS VERY COURTIOUS HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB OF CLEANING MY CARPET AND DID EXPLAIN WHERE SOME MINUTE SPOTS STILL SHOWED A DARKNESS DUE TO CARPET DAMAGE.
