From the estimator to the service men who came to the house, these 3 men were wonderful. Being a disabled vet and not having a lot of money nor the ability to move heavy items, they met what we could afford and the 2 service men (Nick Jones & Sebastain Addision) were VERY knowledgeable about their procedures and products they used and answered ALL my husband's questions and THAT IN ITSELF IS HARD TO DO!!!! Your company was recommended by a neighbor and we will definitely recommend your company to other people. Thanks you for hiring good people who care about other people!

YOUR SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE JOSH AND NICHOLAS JONAS WHO CAME AND DID MY LINOLIUM FLOORS WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND NICK WAS VERY KIND AND COURTIOUS. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO AND WAS VERY EFFICIENT AT WHAT HE DID. I WAS AMAZED AT THE DIFFERENCE OF MY FLOORS BEFORE AND AFTER THE WORK WAS FINISHED.
Nick was very friendly, courteous, efficient, and professional. He was knowledgeable both about Zerorez services and processes, but also the processes of their competitors when we discussed companies I have used in the past and how their processes differ from Zerorez. Nick discussed other services as well, such as duct cleaning, tile, marble and other cleaning.
Also, as Nick was cleaning, moving around the house from carpet to wood and back, as well as outside to his truck and back in, he was always aware of keeping our floors and carpets clean of transfer debris by either putting show covers on if he was outside or wiping them off as he moved from carpet to wood. He also ensured that every corner, be it wall or furniture, that would come in contact with equipment was protected with the corner protectors. After cleaning a carpet area next to a wooded floor, he wiped any liquid from the wooded area. He also wiped down the floor boards in other areas and pointed out ways to rejuvenate or extend our carpet life (carpet rake, stretching, etc).
Finally, he discussed what processes would be best for our situation and really ensured our repeated business and recommendations by discussing our needs and what Zerorez offers and not trying to upsell services that would be a waste of money due to the age of our carpet and the need for it to be replaced future.
The first question the person asked was what is expected from the carpeting??? Really, I want my carpets clean. Then he went on to say that we normally just go around furniture. He was no happy when he found that we have moved much of the furniture away from the walls to do a through cleaning. The he said that we First name removed't have anything to put under the legs of the furniture and that anything wood may stain my carpet. I just happen to have some wax paper sheet for them to put under the furniture. Next, he was wondering why I was watching them, he said most people First name removed't take such interest in their cleaning. After, paying the extra amount needed for the extra stairs and closet space, he tried to up sell me on a chemical additive to put on the carpet once cleaned. He mentioned several times that it was really good carpet and that it was in good condition. Earlier he had asked my wife how often do we vacuum. She had told him that "she" did about once a month or so. What he didn't ask was how often "I" vacuum. As a test I felt the carpet while wet. It had a slick feeling, so I tasted the moisture, and there was an odd sweet taste. So much for no residue. The bottom line is my carpet now looks 10 times worse that it did before it was cleaned. When I called to comment, the same person came back, and did another pass without their so called "empowered water" to try to get the carpet looking better. While I watch he seem to do a decent job, but once I stopped watching he didn't even move an office chair on wheels. He blamed the problem on traffic wear pattern, and our vacuuming at least a dozen times and then on our vacuum and that our carpet was over 4 years old when earlier I had told him that it less than 3 years. A side note the areas that have most of the traffic look better than some of the areas that have less traffic. He also said that we need to rake the carpet. Before cleaning, we had no issues with what he called corn rows. After cleaning the entire house looks like a corn field. Now if I lay down on the floor once I get up I see my body impression left on the floor. This also never happened before. I First name removed't know what exactly chemical they put in my carpet that I spent nearly 10,000 dollars for just about 3 years ago but, it appears that I will need to look into replacing it again. As far as I am concerned ZEROREZ destroyed my carpet.
Affordable and professional
Your product seems to leave carpets fresh and order free. The service technicians were very attentive to detail and checked to make sure that I was aware of the extent of their efforts and pleased with the results.
I was using my regular carpet cleaner at home and getting up traffic stains. Your guys didn't get up the traffic stains; I was told that there would be an additional cost for that.

Let's just say that I was not very happy with the first cleaning of the grout in our shower. Floor tile and carpet cleaning were excellent.
