Your employee stayed and did the tile floor a second time as the initial cleaning hardly improved the appearance of the
Grout. I was very pleased with the result when he left.
Please assure him that the broken flower pot is not an issue. He was very concerned. No problem for me to replace it .

On my unit, 880 N. Bell Lane I was told that the couch, loveseat and recliner would be moved, area cleaned, and then put back on strofoam blocks. This did not happen. There are areas that were not visibly dirty prior that are now. Areas that it is hard to tell if they did anything. And then there are areas where it looks great. Seems to be either equipment inconsistency or operator inconsistency.

Friendliness, carpet was not very wet, drying time was complete before going to bed, protection for corners to not get damaged, carried a lamp table to another room, worked hard to remove spots, accepted American Express credit, answered all my questions in a professional way.
Tech was very thorough. Carpets look great. I think he was under pressure to upsell which is too bad for him. I don't respond positively to upsell techniques.
I like the use of Ionized water in place of chemicals and detergents.
Your services have made our carpets look new. All of the stains came out and the young man who worked on our rugs was extremely friendly and conscientious about our concerns. He did a great job.

I asked for a quote/estimate to bring throw rugs to be cleaned at your facility. I have not heard back from anyone. It's been a couple weeks since I've gotten our carpets cleaned.

We contacted zerorez to try to get rid of an odor in our new apartment. The source of the odor is unknown because it was from previous tenants. We were happy with the way the carpet looked when the technician left, and the odor was temporarily masked by the citrus smell of the cleaner used. However, by the next morning the smell was back. We've since applied a powder product by Arm & Hammer called "Pet Fresh." The product has a more long lasting effect, but I still think the problem is just being covered up.
It may be that there is nothing that can be done about the odor, and that the carpets need replaced, but that's not really an option for us since we are renting the apartment.
Since the problem is not resolved, I can't say I would definitely recommend zerorez, but I wouldn't say the opposite either. The technician was friendly and did what we paid him to do. It might very well be that we are just trying to solve a problem that can't be solved.

In my Day Spa business you have cleaned the tile, carpet & furniture to the high standards that I and my clients demand. The same is true for my home.

The people who came out to our house were very professional. The duct cleaning was very beneficial. My son has been struggling with his allergies this year and we saw an immediate difference in his health status. Our carpets look great and they were able to get even tough makeup stains out of the carpet.
All of the carpet looked like new. Our leather sofas haven't look so good in years. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks for a great job
