This is the worst carpet cleaning job I've ever had done!!! The technician said it would look better once it was dry. It doesn't!! It looks just the same as before it was cleaned. I am so disappointed... We actually got down on our hands & knees this morning after waiting for it to dry and scrubbed the heavy traffic areas to make them look better. This was a big waste of my time, energy & money!!! I could have done better doing it all by myself.
My carpet is 17 years old and light colored. Six months ago, we rented a machine and tried to clean it ourselves. It was a big mistake! It ended up making it worse. Zerorez was able to get it clean looking again, nothing short of a miracle !

The technician was very professional/polite. He let me know what he was doing during every step of the process. Because of a recent pet biological incident, he informed me of the extra steps/cost that might be necessary. He ultimately said there was no problem. I appreciated his honesty, because I wouldn't have known the difference and he could have billed me for something that wasn't necessary. Thank you for employing honest people and for having good business practices in place.
