fast and efficient
As part of a condition of selling our house the carpets had to be cleaned. Through several recommendations from friends, we chose Zerorez. However, there was a musty smell after the carpets dried. Even now, the buyers are complaining of the musty smell.
Responsive for a fair price...good outcomes...final product is great.
Arriving in the time block promised. Great associates who work the cleaning, both on site and at the main office. What a great team. We now have used Zerorez twice and we are happy we tried with their service. Very professional and quite reasonable.
There seemed to be a mixup in the time we had requested and we received 2 phone calls at times of day that we had not selected.
The carpet is clean and soft and they do a wonderful job. No chemicals.

Efficient and effective
The end result was wonderful - clean, fluffy carpets! The technician was professional and proficient.
Your employee was friendly, professional and courteous. I liked how he wore his booties into our home. Also liked how he put corner protectors on. Very pleased with the results.
There were about six stains that we expected to come out but didn't. Considering he was able to get dried fingernail polish that had been there for several months out of upholstery, it seemed odd that he could not get the stains out. It appears he put effort into getting one of them out, which he pointed out to us, but we felt he could have more more of an effort. He was, however, very good at praising the system but we were unimpressed and dissatisfied with the results. We felt pressured to add more services to what we had requested. One room was larger than allowed but another was substantially smaller, but he refused to swap the difference, instead adding an additional $25 charge.
My carpets were clean without a sticky finish.
My service was performed by technician Sebastian and I was very pleased with his professionalism as well as to attention to detail. This employee is definitley an asset to your comapny.
