Nick worked a miracle on my carpets. He was very informative and did an excellent job offering products and services without being pushy. I appreciated that. He was hard-working and thorough. Excellent work!
The job was performed on Time and completed correctly with no short cuts.
There are three stains in the master bedroom carpet that are still there. We had the protectant put on in the spring when we had it cleaned. What bothers me is nothing was said about not getting them out.

Scheduling was all messed up... Wrong day was set.. .the crew did a great job once we got it straightened out. You also need a better understanding of scope. Telling people the slot for cleaning is between 4 and 7 to the consumer does not mean show up a few minutes before 7 and stay until 10...

The company came back a second time to clean the carpets again, although I would have preferred a different tech as there would have been a little more enthusiasm to clean it better the second time. The carpets after the first cleaning were crunchy like an old wet towel when it is left outside, the house is new and the carpets had never been cleaned before but the tech still insisted it was due to previous carpet cleaning companies which is impossible. The crunchy feeling isn't as bad after the second cleaning although the tech didn't clean the carpets with the same equip as the first time, he only used a spray and vacumm the second time. I liked the idea of no chemicals but the house just didn't have that clean smell or feeling I was expecting. Not a horrible experience or company but I am going to trial something else for the next time.

Mostly, it stays cleaner between cleanings than with other carpet cleaners. I have my tile floor, a linoleum floor, and carpets cleaned....they can clean almost any surface. And, if there's a problem, they come back and fix it right away. Highly recommended.

Your employees were very professional and informative but we felt like the traffic areas could have been cleaner. Also we would have liked to have seen the carpet raked so the spots laying down would stand back up.

I like that there are no chemicals left in the carpet when the service is complete (and appreciate the equipment can remove some of the leftover soap, chemical residue from previous carpet cleaners we've had. It seemed to dry faster than previous carpet cleaners we've used as well.

The company came out two my house twice. My carpets were soaked the first time. The second service was supposed to fix the wet carpets and smell. My carpets smell like wet dog still. I would like to ask for a refund. I have taken time off work to get this right. I have used several company's in the past and will never ever recommend you.
They seem to clean better than any other carpet cleaners.

It was quick and I saw the color difference in the carpeting right away - much more bright and lively (if that is possible for carpeting) and the stains were gone almost immediately. The cost was about right for the type of service that you provide.
