My carpets and sofa are now clean without a sticky feel. Also, the technician was timely and courteous.

I liked the results. The man made fiber rug with blood came out very clean, no trace of blood. The wool rug has not come back at this time, so I am still waiting to see it before making the final judgement. If it is as good as the other run, my recommendation will increase to 10.
However, I have not received a copy of the paid invoice. I did however receive an email from you but there was no paid invoice attached that I could find.

We use Zerorez regularly. They are always polite, professional and do a wonderful job.
The carpet cleaning technician, Josh, was very polite and did a really good job on my carpets. The only thing I would have changed would be that I would look for coupons and discounts on the services as I feel your regular prices are quite high. However, because I needed the services in a short period of time, I was unable to wait for discount options.
Carpets look great; nearly dry upon completion. Courteous technician arrived when scheduled and called first.
No residue left behind. My cleaner, Alex was very knowledgeable and professional.
Great customer service, effective cleaning -- it's look good and there is no unpleasant smell remaining. Also, no soapy residue. I was referred to them by a friend and have recommended them to my family. In the past, carpet cleaners have used shampoo that irritated my eyes. With Zerorez, I have not had any allergic reactions.

Great friendly service. I asked the technician to hit a couple of spots once more and he did it with a smile. My carpet was quite dirty and now it looks great. I will use Zerorez again in the future for my other rooms.
