Your employees were very professional and informative but we felt like the traffic areas could have been cleaner. Also we would have liked to have seen the carpet raked so the spots laying down would stand back up.

I like that there are no chemicals left in the carpet when the service is complete (and appreciate the equipment can remove some of the leftover soap, chemical residue from previous carpet cleaners we've had. It seemed to dry faster than previous carpet cleaners we've used as well.

The company came out two my house twice. My carpets were soaked the first time. The second service was supposed to fix the wet carpets and smell. My carpets smell like wet dog still. I would like to ask for a refund. I have taken time off work to get this right. I have used several company's in the past and will never ever recommend you.

Spot cleaner is the best I have used even on old stains.
the one thing that we did was move all the furniture and put the couch on sliders to make it very easy. we are senior citizens and it was not easy. my daughter called the next morning and she had hired chem dry. they had said she had to move nothing and the cleaner took care of everything. it might be nice to think about that. thanks
I scheduled my appointment online and the price was different than what I was told when the guy showed up to do the service. That should be consistent.

Extremely professional. Came in and got the job done. I was lucky enough to get an appointment the same day I called. My carpet looks brand new again after 10+ years of wear. We thought we might have to finally give in and replace the carpet. After Zerorez I think it will hold out a little longer.
