First of all, I must admit that I own an older carpet. I noticed that the tech. did not bother to open the two doors leading into the two small rooms in the hallway so that there would not be a soiled area appearing right where the door and hall carpet meets up.
second, The dsl line to the phone and computer got eaten up by the machine. He did not mention that at all. Anyway no big deal because I just went down and purchased another 50 ft. chord and all was well. I told the tech. I would recommend him however that was before I even checked the job later. Remember, that I did mention I have an older carpet. However I just thought that cleaning the carpet under the area where the doors meet up would have looked more evenly cleaned. I had your company clean the carpet in my home, this past Monday, the 5th of October. I realize there were a lot of pet spots, but the carpet is still damp today in some places.
The carpets smell clean and fresh without any sticky residue. Your employee was very helpful in giving us advice on often used areas of carpeting.
Our carpets and couch turned out beautifully. They dried quickly and left no crunchy residue.

Nick was courteous and friendly. He was informative about the cleaning process and how to protect the carpet. Our carpet is about 20 years old, so somewhat worn, but Nick did a decent job removing what stains he could. We still have some traffic stains that were not removed. Nick thought applying protectant might improve the appearance, but we did not want to spend that much on such old carpet (almost $700 for cleaning and applying protectant to 6 areas. We only had the stairs sprayed with protectant, so we will be able to assess effectiveness. Pet stain removal was discussed but not performed. Nick said he could come back to do a biologic cleaning if we wanted.) I was impressed at how the cleaning made the carpet fluffier. Thank you.

You don't use a lot of chemicals.
Alex and Mike were the techs. I had recently installed a redwood deck leading to my front door. Someone spilled some sort of black liquid on this wooden floor and left it. I didn't find it until the following day, after it had dried and stained the surface. At the time of the spill, someone should have cleaned up the mess and didn't. Why not? A single moment to clean something that this person left could have alleviated this problem immediately. By the way, the carpets look ok. Too bad this incident left such a bad impression on this homeowner.
As far as making it right, I personally scrubbed the surfaces and now have to find a stain to match what was originally used by the installer. A footnote: The deck is made from premium redwood and was installed just three weeks prior to this issue. The cost of the deck was $2000.00.

It appears to me that your product works as advertised. Your employees have been courtesy and respectful of my property. For me the use of the corner shields is a big deal and they have done so every time. That has not always been the case with other services.
