Tech very professional and did a fantastic job. Love the product, leaves no residue, dried very quickly.
Was not very impressed with the final quality and the. To top it off I got charged for an entire room to clean a room that is 2' x 4'and it's not even an entire room it's a bathroom with a small chunk of carpet in it I always heard a lot of good reviews about zeroes a The guy that came out was a very nice guy but the quality of work for the price was not there

Our carpet's were cleaner than any company that uses soat. Zerorez extracted soap in our carpets that were cleaned 5 years ago, they also do a great job on furniture

Careful with the upsell tactics. You should discuss what services we want when our appointment is made. I don't want to hear about the additional services when you come to my house. If I want to know, I'll ask.
The house is only 5 years old, the two stains I had didn't come out and when mentioned the service tech excused each spot that it was a tough stain and would probably not come out, but continued to pressure a protection upgrade so that it couldn't happen again (I got the stains out with tuff stuff and a brush after he left). The stain was only an area my dog vomited, the toothpaste outside the bathroom wasn't removed but I got it out after with a wet paper towel. I moved every piece of furniture, there wasn't a reason it couldn't have been attended to more.
The way you estimate a job. I feel it is more like the good old bait and switch. Not honest up front.
I love the way my carpets look after Zerorez cleaning.
I like the fact that the process is chemical free and the carpet looks great afterward. I also like the great people who work for zerorez - very professional, courteous and trustworthy. They explain the available services without pressuring you to buy more than you want or need.

The value and the workers have been great
Our carpets looked worse than before the Zerorez process. There are new spots that were not there before the technician arrived. We are on a tight one income budget and can't afford to waste our money. Now we'll have to have them cleaned again to satisfy the property manager. We are very upset at the failure of Zerorez and will never recommend them.
Technician was friendly and gave me useful tips for keeping carpet clean longer. He was prompt (even early) and I appreciate that. My only concern was that there were stains left behind. He said it was impossible to get them out. It hasn't been that long since the carpet was cleaned and it is only my husband and I in the house. So, disappointed about that but nothing else.
I liked not having soap used and how clean the carpets felt.

OVER HYPED Do not feel you are any better then you competitors. Have listen to Joe on home fix for years took his recommendation. Paul J. is paid to sell including "massage parlors" if told to. You send a trainee here about an hour later another employee shows us gives instructions to the trainee in what he is doing wrong (eg ph level) in the "special water" and gets an attitude when I am not sure when we will replace the carpet so will not buy the "special treatment". Then overcharge by $60 contacted Amy today "error will be sent to individual for refund" will see. The overcharge is part my fault Did not have it nailed down on telephone. Would have caught if receipt give at time of service. Technology has its drawback.
