I had my oriental area rug cleaned and I could not belive have beautiful it came back. It looked brand new and it is thirty years old! The service of Zerorez is one of the best ever. The technitions are so personable. The delivery person opened the carpet roll and helped to lay it on the floor! He even put up with me to get it nice and straight.

We had a soiled area about the size of a small Frisbee appear on our front room carpet one day after a Zerorez cleaning which we rated as excellent. Nick arrived back and examined the tainted area that rose from the carpet mat after drying. He then went to work, at no extra cost, and removed the dis-colored area. It looks absolutely great. He took his time and worked steady for about one hour. Result was excellent. We appreciate the fast response to our concern about this spot that appeared after the Zerorez cleaning. Nick's explanation made sense and the problem was resolved. We are pleased with the appointments and cleaning we have had done by Zerorez.

As part of a condition of selling our house the carpets had to be cleaned. Through several recommendations from friends, we chose Zerorez. However, there was a musty smell after the carpets dried. Even now, the buyers are complaining of the musty smell.
