Best carpet cleaner around! Tried upholstery cleaning this time. Chair looks great.

They were efficient, didn't leave a residue or smell lingering after.

Carpets were not cleaned to my satisfaction. Stains were not pretreated and came back immediately.

Overall, it was a good job. But, there are a few areas that didn't get the results that I had expected. For over $200 with less than 1,000 sq ft of carpet I did expect it to be fresh everywhere.

However, Sebastian was very good and courteous. This is in no way a negative mark on him or his performance.

The quote that I received was not correct not even a little right, they said it would be around 400 to 500 no more for my whole home and a few other things and I ended up only doing 3 over sized rooms and my stars for about 350 and they did not do the greatest job. Way over priced for not the greatest clean. They also over did it on the stairs in my home and a day later they were still trying to dry.

Today was my first visit with Zerorez. I was a little apprehensive in the beginning, but the longer the technician worked the more secure I became. I am totally happy with the service and the amount of time that it took. The technician, his work and the price were all great.

The young man, Corbin, who cleaned my carpets was very personable and enthusiastic about his job. I'd heard ads on the radio about Zerorez and heard David(?) on Joe Prin's Home Fix Show on the radio (KIDO) talking about how Zerorez was different from the other carpet cleaning businesses. So far I'm pleased with the results.

My carpets are showing where the dirt patterns were before they were cleaned. The tech assured us they would clean well.

Convenient scheduling courteous staff and I hope for better results than previous cleaning services.

Cleaned the carpets better than any previous competiter

well...Zerorez kind of say's it all. There was no sticky residue left on the carpet. And your tech did a great job. There was however under the kitchen counter a strip he didn't get.

I guess I expected a miracle, so.... Your imployee was polite and worked hard to get the stains removed. The carpet was more wet than I explected and therefore it took a while longer to dry, even when using fans. The carpet looks 100% better, however (it was very dirty).

You always work me in and does a great job!!!
