Quick and thorough. The landlord was satisfied and so or goal was met.
It was a great service, however the technician was constantly pointing out things that are wrong with my house. I totally recognize his expertise and I was pleasantly surprised at his knowledge on products, and home improvement/cleanliness ideas but it was too much pushing product for me. Maybe at the beginning and end, but he stopped six or seven times to talk and it was really uncomfortable. Overall, the carpets look great and he did a good job so I would recommend.

When the gentleman arrived for the appt, he proceeded to tell me that there was a $200.00 minimum to service in my area, which was not disclosed when I called for a quote and to book the appt. I was quoted $132.00 for 3 bedrooms and a living space. He then told me that the living space was considered a large area which again was not disclosed when I called for the quote, the phone attendant asked if there was any living space larger than 300sq ft, and I said no which I do not have. She then said the total would be $132.00. The gentleman never measured any areas of my home. After telling him I would not need the services if there was a minimum amount due to the only reason I went with your company was due to the low cost. He waved the minimum but said it would still be 186.00 at the lowest due to the larger area. Due to time constraints, I needed the carpet cleaned ASAP so just went ahead even though I was quoted a lower cost through another company. He then proceeded to survey the carpet stated that there wasn't any of the spots that he would not be able to get out. He was very polite, very informational and quickly finished the job. Several hours after he left I noticed there was several of the spots still there and still had a slight odor and the carpet felt slightly crunchy and not the soft clean carpet I was expecting. I felt that for what I paid, my carpets were not cleaned efficiently and to my expectations. If he felt that the spots were unable to be cleaned he should have acknowledged that prior instead of saying it will be no problem.

It's taken me a while to do this survey, because I wanted to be able to give a fair evaluation. We try to get our carpet cleaned throughout our whole house once a year. Unfortunately, due to Zerores's high cost, we were only able to do the two most important rooms. We have lived in our house for 3 years, and this is the third time we've had our carpets cleaned. We never wear shoes in our house, and have minimal spills on our carpet. The first time your technician came out and cleaned our carpets, I noticed a few spots still didn't come clean. I don't feel like these spots should have been that difficult to clean. The spots were due to my children spilling small amounts of milk on the carpet. The technician informed me that it shouldn't be a problem, and he didn't have to pay special attention to those spots. Anytime my kids spill anything on the carpet I clean it with a small spot shampooer right away. The reason we have our carpet professionally cleaned once a year is to avoid the buildup that can happen over time. Once the carpet was dry, I moved our furniture back into place, and vacuumed. While I was vacuuming, I noticed a few spots that still looked dirty, and even worse, a spot where the fibers had beed pulled out completely! Not only was our carpet still dirty, now it was damaged! I called, and the technician was sent back out. When I showed him the spots that didn't come clean, and the spot that was damaged, he told me that there was no way his equipment could have caused the damage, and blew it off. I know my carpet, and that spot was not like that before it was cleaned. In the week since he came out for the second time, we have more dirty spots on our carpet, than before we had it cleaned in the first place, and now have a bald spot in the middle of our living room! Your Feedback Request asks how you disappointed me and what you can do to make things right. I think YOU need to tell ME how you are going to make this right! I am very disappointed with my Zerorez experience!
Carpets are not clean... even after we went to an additional level.
Net net, when I hire someone to clean my carpets I really don't want 10 options.... I just want one that will get the carpets clean. I understand the sales/marketing concept of getting in the door with a teaser price but that is precisely what dissappointed me....

Was not very impressed with the final quality and the. To top it off I got charged for an entire room to clean a room that is 2' x 4'and it's not even an entire room it's a bathroom with a small chunk of carpet in it I always heard a lot of good reviews about zeroes a The guy that came out was a very nice guy but the quality of work for the price was not there

Our carpet's were cleaner than any company that uses soat. Zerorez extracted soap in our carpets that were cleaned 5 years ago, they also do a great job on furniture

Careful with the upsell tactics. You should discuss what services we want when our appointment is made. I don't want to hear about the additional services when you come to my house. If I want to know, I'll ask.
The house is only 5 years old, the two stains I had didn't come out and when mentioned the service tech excused each spot that it was a tough stain and would probably not come out, but continued to pressure a protection upgrade so that it couldn't happen again (I got the stains out with tuff stuff and a brush after he left). The stain was only an area my dog vomited, the toothpaste outside the bathroom wasn't removed but I got it out after with a wet paper towel. I moved every piece of furniture, there wasn't a reason it couldn't have been attended to more.
The way you estimate a job. I feel it is more like the good old bait and switch. Not honest up front.

I like the fact that the process is chemical free and the carpet looks great afterward. I also like the great people who work for zerorez - very professional, courteous and trustworthy. They explain the available services without pressuring you to buy more than you want or need.
