No chemical smell, quick drying, no rezidue. Very friendly and polite staff.would recommend Zero rezoning to my friends.
Pulled water up from carpet and quick dry time. However-did not leave a quote cor pergo flooring.

Efficient and effective
The end result was wonderful - clean, fluffy carpets! The technician was professional and proficient.
Your employee was friendly, professional and courteous. I liked how he wore his booties into our home. Also liked how he put corner protectors on. Very pleased with the results.
There were about six stains that we expected to come out but didn't. Considering he was able to get dried fingernail polish that had been there for several months out of upholstery, it seemed odd that he could not get the stains out. It appears he put effort into getting one of them out, which he pointed out to us, but we felt he could have more more of an effort. He was, however, very good at praising the system but we were unimpressed and dissatisfied with the results. We felt pressured to add more services to what we had requested. One room was larger than allowed but another was substantially smaller, but he refused to swap the difference, instead adding an additional $25 charge.
My carpets were clean without a sticky finish.
My service was performed by technician Sebastian and I was very pleased with his professionalism as well as to attention to detail. This employee is definitley an asset to your comapny.

WOW! Service and product was above and beyond exceptional. Kind, caring personnel that were knowledgeable and thorough - not rushing to leave. They showed respect towards my home and took great pride in making sure that no detail was left undone.

Not sure but here is an observation. I always find carpet cleaning to be a big hassle....moving furniture the day before, the inconvenience of waiting for the carpet to dry and then putting everything back. This is the first time we have had the service here in Boise. I plan to have all room dimensions figured and available before I have the carpets cleaned again and do some comparison shopping before deciding on which company to use. There was some confusion on how the bill was determined (after I paid, after the technician had left, and after the invoice arrived via email) and I was remiss in not having the estimate handy and checking the line items before the cleaning commenced. I think the work was well done and the result seems to be very satisfactory.
I prefer to wait 1 month to see if spots come back

The guys that came to my home were friendly and professional and polite to my kids who had a lot to say before I shooed them outside to play. They did an amazing job my kids love "the fluffy" carpet. All the stains are gone and my tile looks like new.
I think your product is fine, but what really made me happy was the service I got.

The team that was here, the two associated were very pleasant and nice to work with, but it seemed towards the end they were rushed and the last part of the last room was not cleaned to my satisfaction
Great service techs, they care for and are careful in my home and they arrive when they say they will. They are prompt and communicate with the customer.
The carpet cleaning and the service were fantastic. Where I am disappointed is in the upholstery cleaning, it left yellow streaks...which I am unlikely to be able to remove which basically ruins my sofa and chaise.

The technician was very nice and did a great job of explaining everything, including products that were available. He was very thorough, and answered all my questions. He did a very good job. The reason I rated the service as a 5 is because my carpets did not turn out as well as I had hoped they would. In addition, the odor I wanted to get rid of is still present. I'm sure it has more to to with my carpets than anything else, but after reading all the reviews, I had higher expectations. We have family arriving on Thursday of this week for my daughters graduation and had hoped to not worry about my carpets.
I was especially impressed with the service we got. My daughter was giving the instructions as to what needed to be done. She 'forgot' to tell him we wanted the Mega-pet treatment....until he was packing up. He cheerfully agreed to go back and do the requested additional work....with a SMILE! The carpets look great...but the big selling point for me was the commitment to do the work well, on time and with a smile. Great job!!
That they are chemical free and safe for my family and pets.
